Chapter 141 Take Me Away

Caroline felt relieved with Kenny around—she could worry less.

With two hours remaining, she immediately went online to search for a clothing factory up for sale.

She found three factories and made appointments with their owners before heading to the kindergarten to pick up her children.

Fifteen minutes later, she parked her car at the kindergarten entrance.

She arrived early, with ten minutes still left before the class ended.

As she stepped out of the car, she spotted Daniella hurrying to the door.

Shortly after, Alice came out, holding Axel's hand.

Daniella tried to grab Axel's hand, but he evaded her, refusing to comply.

"Axel, your dad is busy, so he asked me to come to pick you up. Can you be nice?" Daniella asked patiently.

"No," Axel firmly held onto Alice's hand, unwilling to let go.

Alice found herself in a dilemma and squatted down, coaxing Axel. "Axel, your mom is here to pick you up. Can you go home with her, okay?"

Axel pursed his lips and simply replied, "No."
