AN INTRUDER

“How did I do Luna?” Carol asked with a smirk the moment Tyler and Rebecca left the room.

Lucille furrowed her brows at her, feeling a little confused. “What are talking about?” She asked and Carol giggled.

“I did good right? Even you fell for it.” She said and Lucille widened her eyes.

“Wait.. you were acting?” Lucille asked and Carol bobbed her head with a smile. “You should have told me then! I had already planned on slapping that pretty face of yours for making a fool out of me!” Lucille snapped.

“Forgive me Luna but I had my reasons.” Carol apologized.

“Which are?”

“Rebecca. I needed her to believe you were the one that invited me and not the other way around. I would set up a meeting with her after this and try to clarify things with her so she could trust me. I will also tell her I would talk to you on her behalf.” Carol explained and Lucille scoffed.

“That woman is pure evil and I want her far away from my son. If she won't go peacefully then I would have to be brutal.” Lucill
