68 - The Preparation Stage

A weekend he spent with Iris felt like a short wink, and when Alex opened his eyes again, he was suddenly back in his office. Dealing with the upcoming shareholder’s meeting to topple his down, courtesy to his father.

He walked with Brandon to his office where he would sort out the mess one by one, and he would likely start the motion to make his father taste his medicine.

First, Alex would isolate him and make sure all the support of his father’s agenda was utterly withdrawn. No one of his supporters would dare enough to test Alex–hence he prioritized checking what he could do to strike fast and hard his father’s supporters.

He opened the documents and read them carefully. Most of the contents were abhorrent. He did not know these kinds of cockroaches were working in his company. But again, birds of the same feather flock together.

Alex shook his head disgustedly.

“Are the reports valid?” Alex made sure once again to Brandon.

His assistant nodded, “Yes, I’ve checked the proofs
