Author's POV: The next morning Damien woke up early as usual. No matter what time he goes to sleep, he has this habit of waking up early. This time he didn't regret it even a bit as he was met with the best morning sight he could ever see. Grusha's POV: I never thought that walking in the sand would be this much difficult. And also Damien taking long steps while grabbing my hand made it more difficult as I had to match his pace. Damien's POV: She is scaring me. I almost lost her. When her body fell into my arms limply I felt as if my heart was snatched out of my body. I felt as if I was stabbed in my heart. Author's POV:After that incident days passed with Grusha and Damien being distant from each other. After Damien said that, after Grusha got to know that Damien knew what Victor did, Grusha didn't feel comfortable with him anymore. So it was rather the uncomfortable feeling which kept Grusha away from Damien than the madness. She never wanted him to know about it; at least not for now. She thought that he would understand her and wait for her to be comfortable enough to explain everything but no, he crossed the limits. She slowly twisted it open and the loud creaking sound made her close her eyes since it was like she was announcing everyone about her arrival if there was anyone inside. But when she peeked inside she was met with a dark hall where could be seen no human habitants. She stepped inside after using all her strength to open the door and when she left the handle it got closed on its own like a spring. She closed her ears at the loud noise the door made before coming face to face with the utmost darkness.
