Chapter 157

Stanley stood still as he listened to his boss. His boss just handed the man to the police just after all he did. He hadn't understood the reason why Nathan had asked him to come over to the Gallery apartment with the proposal. Now he understood.

His boss had just taught the man a lesson for disrespecting his wife at the expense of investing billions into the mayor's proposal. What happened to the cold hearted boss he had known all this while? Looks like love is changing him.

He just let the Damav's off after this. The boss he knew would have broken their legs with out any feeling of remorse.

After Nathan had left with Hilda to the hospital, Stanley walked up to the mayor. "Mr. Mahama. My boss went through your contract and his willing to invest in it. If you wouldn't mind, we would send a copy of the new proposal to your office early tomorrow."

The mayor just laughed it off. "Hahahaha. Alright sure. Will see tomorrow then. Good night."

At that, they both left the scene.

On the way to
