Ruelle instantly reached out for Killain's belt, pulling it out.“Are you sure you want to?” Killian asked, holding her wrist. Ruelle nodded once more and Killian finally let her. He leaned against the headboard, spreading his legs and Ruelle laid in-between them. His zipper was undone and Ruelle pulled down his briefs, and he sprung out immediately. Ruelle stared at him, swallowing thickly. “You're big,” she muttered making him laugh.“I'd take that as a compliment,” Killian replied. “Have you ever done this before?” Killian asked ticking his jaw. For some reason, he didn't like the idea of her being in his state for someone who wasn't him.She had never done this before, and she felt nervous too. What if I bit him? She thought to herself as she stared at him. Every book she read has the characters warning against using her teeth.“What are you thinking about?” Killian asked and Ruelle voiced out her fears. “And the book says not to use your teeth,” she ended, still staring a
“You're overthinking it all. Whatever you're talking about must have been a realistic dream. You have school this morning, go get ready,” Killian said to her and she had no choice but to go with it all. Ruelle immediately rushed out of bed when she looked at the wall clock. She had to be in school early this morning and it was already past nine. Was she that tired to have overslept?“Do you feel okay? No hangover?” Killian asked and Ruelle shook her head. She raced into the bathroom, washing up quickly. Killian was surprised when Ruelle came out of the bathroom really fast. He figured that she had somewhere to be so he said nothing about it.Ruelle picked out a white dress and a brown cardigan, matching it with a brown beret and a black boot. Their wardrobe had been filled with clothes for her, and her old clothes were thrown out. She had no idea how that had happened but she was happy to have gotten clothes her size. Killian frowned when he saw what Ruelle wore. The dress stop
Ruelle brought out an empty canvas, she had thought of drawing something new today but wasn't sure what. She needed something to distract herself from the thoughts that she kept getting, but she didn't really feel like doing any serious thing. She turned to the crumpled paper that lay next to the trash can. She had attempted drawing earlier and ended up drawing Killian with his face flushed, staring directly at her. She was totally immersed in the drawing, and last night kept playing over and over in her head. A silly thought came to mind and she smiled and decided to start with a stick man. She had just drawn the head when the door burst open, Gabriel storming in.His eyes roamed the entire place until they fell on Ruelle who was standing behind a canvas. Ruelle raised her siren eyes slowly, staring coldly at Gabriel. She hated being interrupted when she was drawing and she knew that Gabriel was only here to cause trouble for her. Gabriel's heart skipped a beat when he saw Ru
Eileen drew the last line over the painting. She took a step back as she smiled to herself. “It's finally done,” She said in pleasure wiping the sweat off her brows. Her hands were covered in paint and she had worn an apron over her dress to prevent it from getting stained too. “This way, I'd win the contest,” Eileen thought to herself. “Wow. Did you paint that? You're really good,” A fresher who was passing by stopped, staring at Eileen's painting. “Do you think so? It's really nothing,” Eileen said, smiling coyly. She stared at ‘her painting’ with pride, her heart brimming with joy. Everyone who passed by complimented her painting, but what they didn't know was that Eileen had printed the work of an artist online. She had merely painted over the printed work to prevent people from noticing that it was printed. She was careful not to spoil the painting, and it seemed that her plan had worked. “Can you help me watch this? I'd be right back,” Eileen said to a fresher, moving aw
The competition was in a few hours and Ruelle decided to come and check her paintings. The art professor had locked all three in a room for safekeeping and Ruelle didn't have an issue with that. “Good morning ma'am,” Ruelle greeted as she stepped closer to the art professor. Mrs. Indrik, the Art professor, had just turned the lock, pushing the door open. “Good morning Ruelle. You'd need to take your painting to the event center before tomorrow morning,” Mrs. Indrik stepped into the room and Ruelle followed. She nodded her head as she walked in, going to her artwork.A light gasp was heard as Ruelle pulled the covers off, Mrs. Indrik staring at the paintings with her eyes wide open. Ruelle stood there stunned as she stared at her ripped paintings, her jaw slacking lightly. “Who would have done this?!” Mrs. Indrik thundered. Ruelle was just as clueless as Mrs. Indrik was. The room has been locked since then and the only way they would have gotten access is if they had the key.
Ana stared at Eileen in shock. Her jaw dropped as she struggled to find her voice. “Why are you acting surprised? You asked me to!” Ana cried. She felt frustrated and Eileen wasn't making things better for her. The punishment for her would be severe and she knew it. The Art director didn't take art destruction lightly.“Eileen please, tell them the truth. You told me to destroy Ruelle's work,” Ana pleaded. At this point she had tears streaming down her face.“I never asked you to do that. I told you not to, but I didn't know that you went ahead to do it.” Eileen denied it, hiding behind Ruelle. Ruelle instantly stepped away from Eileen. Eileen had done a lot of things to her and she wouldn't be surprised if this was one of the many.Eileen watched as Ana was unable to defend herself. She had gotten caught and there was no way she would be going down with her. Ana might be let off with light punishments, but she might be asked to withdraw from the competition and that can't happen
Ruelle stayed awake the whole night, painting two pieces that she would use for the art competition. The last piece was one she had done previously, a piece that was important for her plan to work. It was already 8:45 AM when Ruelle finally kept her paintbrush, taking a step back. She stretched her back, feeling relieved about being done. Ruelle picked up her phone, opening it to finally go through it. 20 twenty missed calls. And all were from Mrs. Indrik but none from Killian. Ruelle frowned when she saw that truly Killain didn't call her, neither did he leave her a text. He occasionally sent her texts but she knew that it was Matthew that typed for him. “I know I'm the one who told him not to call, but didn't he find it important to find out how I was doing?” Ruelle asked in disappointment. Thinking of the competition where she had to be, she called Mrs. Indrik who answered the call immediately. “The competition is about to start, where are you?” Mrs. Indrik’s rushed voic
Eileen heard Ruelle whisper a man's name while staring at the judge who had just spoken. She looked between them, her eyes widening slightly. “Do you know that man? Is that why he is taking your side?” Eileen asked Ruelle, snapping her out of her thoughts The surprise on her face was instantly wiped off, being replaced by irritation. “Are we not going to talk about you stealing my work? I have proof that you did!” Ruelle hissed at Eileen. Her grey eyes burned with cold fury as she stared at her sister. She had been holding up her pent-up anger all this while and she was going to make sure that Eileen gets burnt. The competition was being aired on national television, she was going to make sure she destroyed Eileen's art career before it even started. Wanting to make a career with something you have no talent for was crazy, but Eileen seemed to think she could pull it off. “I didn't steal your work!” Eileen screamed, her nose flared as she breathed in deeply. She had stolen it
