“Aemon?” she called when her eyes opened and there was no Aemon beside her or even in the room. With how the bed looks like, he was probably here minutes ago. Did he wake up so early again? Because Aemon has been waking up early just to prepare her breakfast. That is how he takes care of her so well. He is treating her like a baby.

Lily woke up and did her routine. It is still hard to move around because of her wounds. She could not even wash her face well because of her wounded palms. But then, this is better than dying in that match.

“Good morning, Miss Lily.” The maid greeted her with a shining smile while she was busy mopping the floor upstairs.

“Morning. Have you seen Aemon?” she immediately asked. This mansion is too big to find him by herself. It would be a torture for her. All her wounds hurt like hell every time she wakes up. That is why sometimes, she just wants to sleep to prevent feeling its hellish pain.
