5-Daughter?

last update Last Updated: 2023-05-01 06:54:04

Roman POV.

Since I'm so bored, let me tell you a story about me, the story of how I came to live with my father, Ethan Black, a big badass wolf. Back when I was a puppy, just as small as Aurora is right now, I used to live in a pack with my mother and father, just like everyone else, but then our pack was attacked, it's not so uncommon, but fights happen between packs, between wolf and humans, it happens.

But this attack wasn't like any other attack, this one was different, we were attacked by vampires, the hate between the two species is real, we don't stand each other, we don't like each other, and we love to kill each other. Twilight is a very minor demonstration of the hate, we don't have treaty lines, instead, we have killed on sight policy, and the closest thing to a treaty we have is being allowed near us long enough before you are dead.

That's what my real father taught me, I might have been tiny, I might have been young, but I knew I shouldn't like vampires, I knew they were our enemies, and then things happened, and I became an orphan. I don't know what happened or when it happened, but it just did, mom told me to shift and hide, dad said to always be strong and then they were gone.

We weren't living in a big pack, we were only a couple family together, and we called ourselves family, my memory isn't the clearest of what happened back then, like I said I was only a child.

The next day Ethan came in along with his brother, alpha James, they were the ones to find me, and then Ethan decided to take me in, he didn't have kids and decided I would be his kid. He never had a mate, he's a lone wolf, and so taking care of me was the only thing that kept him alive, wolves need a mate but Ethan didn't have one, instead, he decided to take care of a child, call me his own and then raised me to be me.

Ethan didn't share my birth father's ideas, he doesn't believe that vampires are bad, he says they aren't so bad, not all vampires kill on sight, not all vampires are bad, just the rogue ones, just like there are rogue wolves. And when I asked about the ones who killed my family, Ethan explained things to me, and they weren't pretty not at all.

My family was one of the extremists, they believed in their hate toward the vampires until no pack would take them in, so they met with others like them, they are very similar to a cult, more of they are one, but no one would dare say that to my face. And their killers? People just like them, ones who don't believe in law or peace, everyone is below their species, even other members of their species.

I would love to lie and say I took that news in a good way and was very understanding, but I was taught not to lie, my anger issues showed themselves that day, I went crazy, I broke my bedroom, I ran out of the house and stayed in my wolf form for a whole week, just running like crazy, destroying anything on my way, I avoided any and all people, making sure to be away from the other wolves, humans, vampires, anything and all kind of living and breathing creatures.

I came back later and we never opened that topic ever again, vampires although some of them aren't hiding, the majority is, and they aren't all as bad as the ones who killed my family, the stories about vampires killing wolves, the last one that happened was over three hundred years ago, back when my family was killed.

I'm not a child, I'm an adult, well adult-ish in wolf years and age, and with dad, and yes I call Ethan my dad having enough of my anger issues and boredom, he sent me over to his brother's pack, the one where he's the alpha in hope that my alpha uncle and alpha cousin can tame me down, maybe they could talk me into going to puppies academy. Raphael found his mate that way, but my dad didn't find his mate that way, we aren't very loved in that academy, I'm Black now, and Blacks aren't welcomed there.

"Hello," I answered my phone, I was excited after seeing my father's name, maybe he was going to tell me it was time to get back home, I just hoped it would be time to go back home, I can't wait to be back home.

"Dad, I missed you," I lied answering the phone.

"Oh, that's so sad Romy, I'll be there by the afternoon," dad says through the phone.

"You will?" I ask him confused.

"Yes, someone very important is coming your way, keep her safe until I get there," dad says but who is he talking about?

"Who?" I say confused.

"My daughter," dad says.

"Dad, you don't have a daughter," I remind him, last I checked I'm his only adopted son, no other adopted kids, unless if he got one in my absence.

"I'll explain when I get there," dad says.

"Dad, just tell me one thing, did you adopt her in my absence?" I ask him wanting to be sure.

"You are my son Roman, now shut the fuck up, I'll be there in the afternoon," dad says, translation, this girl is his real daughter, maybe a bastard? But he would never leave her behind, no matter who her mother might be, maybe he didn't know she existed, anyway I'll keep her safe and sound until he gets over.

"Love you too, bye," I say ending the call, might have bad anger issues, but I'm not a bad person and my love is real, and I try not to be rude most days.

Millie POV. "So I did it?" I ask him jumping up and down with happiness, ready to shift into my wolf form again, I already did that three times already and I'm ready to do it again and again. "You did and don't shift, I need to do your hair," daddy says, I've been jumping and have shifted to my wolf form twice already this morning, but right now, I'm getting tired."Look at how cute her yawn is, ohhh," Beth says, she's sitting with us in my room, what is she cooing at, she's a little just like me and she's also cute. "I'm not cute Bethy, stop it," I whined, is it weird if I take a nap during my own prom night, I'm just tired. "Very cute," Beth says with a nod, while daddy agreed with her."You know Adrian would bring you as well, you just have to say the words," daddy tells Beth and I turn to her nodding, she just has to say the words, he'd bring her as well and we'll have so much fun together! "Nu, I don't want to go," Beth says looking down at her own lap, she didn't pass the e

  • Thrown to the Wolves.   39-Exam

Millie POV. "My tummy hurt can't go," I say trying to avoid going, I can't go, I'm going to fail miserably, and daddy is going to be very disappointed, along with dad and Ethan. I don't want to make everyone disappointed in me, and now my tummy really hurts."Come here," daddy calls and I walk toward him, tears starting to gather in my eyes, I felt so bad right now, and I'm crying out loud."Hey, hey, what's wrong? What happened?" he says pulling me into his arms, kissing my tears away, and petting my head. "I'm gonna fail," I cried out loud, although I'd been studying, I'm going to fail, I forgot everything that I learned about. "You're going to fail, you studied really well and you know all the questions and the answers," he tries to tell me, but I kept on crying, why do we need to even have this stupid exam?I'm a little and I'm born a wolf, there's no need for it, I know how to be little, and I know how to be a wolf, why do I have to take those two exams to be able to graduate

  • Thrown to the Wolves.   38-Halloween

Millie POV. It's Halloween! The best little holiday ever, or that's what Beth said, she's been in this academy for much longer than me and she loves this holiday, and she's been telling me all about it, and now I'm so excited! Two days ago, daddy took me to pick my outfit for the day, we went along with the others, mainly Beth, she didn't want to be a kitten for once, instead, she wanted to be a witch. I expected her to be a princess or another feline, but she didn't want to be any of those, instead, she wanted to be a bad scary witch."What do you want to be?" daddy ask me, I wasn't sure what I want to be, instead I'm just walking around with him looking at all the costumes. "You want to be my princess?" he asks me, holding up a pink dress, and I shook my head no. "Want to be a vampire?" he asks with a chuckle, but that joke has been abused over the last one hundred years, I'm good with it, next, I just shook my head no."A kitten?" he suggests."Nu-nu," I answer, I don't want to

  • Thrown to the Wolves.   37-Pumpkin.

Millie POV. "You two stay where we can see you, 'cause I swear this time, if you get out of my sight I'm gonna make you a carried kitten, have you seen a carried kitten before?" Adrian asks Beth and I tried my best to hold back my laugh, it's funny really. "Nu-uh, nu know what that is, silly daddy," she answer him in a very confident voice, but I doubted her confidence would take her very far with him."A carried kitten is this one, carried just like this," he says picking Beth up in his arms as she whined and cried, it was funny seeing her hissing and fussing like a small kitten."What are you laughing at?" daddy Romy asks, picking me up as well, but I was carried like the kitten, instead daddy placed me over his shoulder. "Kitty nu wanna be carried, kitty wanna run," I explain to Adrian."I want a big pumpkin, I wanna carve a dragon," Leah says coming in after us, everyone is picking pumpkin to crave for Halloween, we celebrate Halloween as well! Which is super fun, although I di

  • Thrown to the Wolves.   36-Clingy

Roman POV. "You ready for classes?" I ask Millie, she was okay with going to the classes the first time we were here, but ever since we became mates, she's been very clingy to me. "You come with me, and you stay with me," she ordered me, using her firm voice, but it didn't really work, she sounded whiney little which is exactly how she's acting right now."I can't stay with you all the time, you have to stay in your class alone, you got Beth, and the other little one that likes you," I say, I shouldn't be happy that a little guy got his eyes on my little girl, but he likes her and it would make her go to class. "Rory said that Raphael stayed in every class, and Adrian stay with Beth all the time," she whines, she's right, I should just stay with her."Fine, little koala, I'll come," I say with an eye roll, I'll have to stay with her then, I could learn a thing or two about littles, and maybe I could help her slip into a younger headspace, I'd love for her to be a baby in my arms.

  • Thrown to the Wolves.   35-Reunited

Millie POV. "I said take a nap," daddy scolds. "And I said no," I answer him, I wasn't tired or sleepy, or in need of sleep, he should take a nap, not me. "Why not puppy, just close your eyes," he begs with me, I've been sitting up in the car the whole ride, I didn't want to sleep, I'm just looking out of the window, annoying the hell out of daddy with my bad singing and my endless questions about everything."You close your eyes daddy, I'll drive," I say instead. "Not going to happen, just sit tight, we're almost there," he answers and I just shrug, I'll get him to teach me how to drive soon, well sooner or later, I'll be taught how to drive, maybe dad or Ethan can teach me. "Daddyyyyyy...are we there yet?" I ask him in my highest most annoying voice possible, I wanted to annoy him now, it's just too much fun to skip."We're almost there sweetie, play with your phone or mine," he begs with me and I chuckled, this is just too much fun, the drive soon came to an end on my side, an
