The man’s eyes was purplish as he looked at her. His silver hair threaded down appeared like a doll. He had a gentle smiling face but knowing what person he was put Rose on an immediate guard.

Upon hearing Josephine’s name, her eyes narrowed down sharply. She glared at the man, “What do you know about my sister?” She took a pause as she asked, “Did you take her away?!”

Rose could feel the tension raising around her as the people who had guarded his carriage immediately snapped their eyes toward her, displeased that she had raised her voice to the master. But to Rose’s eyes currently he appeared no different than the kidnappers who had took her and her sister away years ago.

Mona also looked at the Master beside Rose, realizing that the master looked at her once as though he knew immediately who she was despite her being disguised enough for Barlene not to notice her at first.
