Bone Crushed-II

Dominic felt as though his heart had been pushed into a cold black ocean. He stared still at Rose, feeling angered but more than anything broken when he saw how Rose had turned into a mess. Her tears were spilling out from her eyes, her lips had turned bloody as she had been biting on it.

Her hand and her entire body was trembling to the point that it felt as though she had took a dip in the ocean during a cold winter.

Pulling her closer, Dominic rested her head on his shoulders. He hugged her wordlessly, letting her cry on his place as he had no more tears to shed.

“Cry it out,” Dominic said to her ears. “Cry it out. Don’t worry. Let it out, let everything out.”

Rose sobbed. His kindness only caused her heart to ache even more. How.. how can there be anyone who would hurt him? Such precious person.. such person!

Rose tightly held to his back, her words came out broken and in breathy gasps as he cried out, “I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry.. I’m—”
