"Let's get married." David said suddenly making Stella's eyes widen in shock. She suddenly burst into a fit of laughter unable to process what David said. "Stop joking okay. Don't start with the teasing please." She said after her laughter died down. "I'm being serious this time. I can't be watching you go and come back just to visit or spend some days here and I don't want any man having his eyes on you so we have to marry." David said seriously. " Sweetheart marriage is not a joke and I know you know that so we can't rush into it. I feel we need more time before we can think of getting married. Moreover I'm not prepared to be a wife since it comes with a lot of responsibilities. I think we should take it one step at a time." She said seriously.
