Hurting him

Robin woke up with a headache as well. His eyelids felt much heavier. He could hardly keep his legs steady. When he tried to get up his legs trembled.

“What's happening? Why’s my head feeling so heavy?”.

“Is this from the drink that I had last night? But the pain is too much to handle. What should I do about it?”.

He again tried to get up. But his eyes were blurry as he hadn’t slept for too long.

“What’s the time? I need to cook for Lucy. She’ll be going to the office.”

He rubbed his eyes and looked at the watch in his hands.

It was over 8:25 in the morning. Seeing this his eyes widened.

Lucy usually leaves by 8:45.

“Crap! I need to get the food ready for her and wake her up as well. First I should get freshened up myself and then do something else. Yes, that would be better.”

He went to her room by 8:40.

The door was open, so he walked inside and found her sleeping as well.

“I need to wake her up.” He pulled at her covers.

“Wake up, You are late!” he yelled.

“Wake up!”.
