To say that it is difficult to sleep knowing that tomorrow everything changes once again is a drastic understatement. After the ceremony, I will officially be the Luna of the pack and then we get to go and learn more about my past. I have wanted to go back to my childhood home ever since I left but now that it is about to happen I find that I am terrified of it as well. What answers will I find there? Will there be more secrets to be discovered or will I finally learn more about myself and my parents?
After tossing and turning most of the night I might as well get up before it even gets light out. It is not like I am going to get much more rest anyways. For once, I get up before Dante and head to the gym to try and take some of my anxiety out on the punching bag. By the time he wakes up and joins me, I am a sweaty mess but my head is feeling much clearer than it had before.
"Everything okay? Things seem awfully backwards this morning." Dante says.

The ceremony itself did happen to be just as painless as I was told it was going to be. The pack run though. That takes an entirely different kind of nerves. After Amora finishes up her speech and we get our round of applause, I take Dante's hand as we begin our walk back through the crowd. When I walked up it the first time, I kept my eyes on Dante and did not turn to look at anybody as I passed them. Now that the ceremony is behind me we can focus on more pressing concerns. Besides having to strip in front of everybody I would say that it was not that bad. Of course, Dante and Amora at great supporters of me and that made it much easier to go through with the ceremony.Our next step, is going to look for my childhood home. Dante has decided to bring along 5 of his warriors that he trusts most and is leaving Kevin behind to run things while we are away. Hopefully, this will only be a one to two day trip but we are preparing for longer just in case. We sit down with the others in a conference room to plan our trip."So why are we looking for your childhood home now?" Some guy named Peter asks."Curiosity, I guess. The morning dawns nice and early to get ready to go and learn about my past. For some reason I expected it to be rainy and nasty out there while I was searching for my old home. Must just be me putting my emotions into how I think this day is going to go. We both get up after a long night and start getting dressed. I am opting for some clothes that are easy to move in and that I can manage to hide a knife in, since you never know what is going to happen.Dante dresses in a pair of faded jeans, and a plain v-neck tshirt that looks absolutely amazing on him. We both wear hiking boots and have hats with us. When we enter the kitchen to grab some breakfast to go, the other 5 are sitting in the kitchen waiting for us."I thought you said first thing in the morning? We have been here for about half an hour. Finally, everyone is here, I am dressed and it is time to go take a look inside. I have no idea what all is in here but I do know that it could be anything. I might find all of the answers that I am looking for. I also, might find more questions.As I push open the front door, I notice that it looks like somebody has been here recently. While it is just as overgrown and derelict inside as the outside is, you can still see some footprints in the dust. I point them out to Dante as I get ready to head for the note that I saw through the window. I am not sure what all is on the note but I am sure that I do not want everybody in the pack reading it. As it is getting late, we decide to camp inside the tree line. I would like to camp closer to the cabin but with most of us sleeping at a time, anything can happen. "I think that we should take turns sleeping. Peter I want you to keep watch with one other person first. Every two hours we will switch off in groups of two. Laina will get to sleep through the night and I will be in the last set to stay awake. If you see anything you wake everybody up do you understand?" A little shaken after the revelation of my heritage, we decide that it is time to go ahead and pack up to head back to the pack house. I really want to see the cottage one last time before we leave though. I make it back to him without any other distractions. He made it halfway to the cottage and waited in sight for me to emerge. Luckily, nobody else noticed him.
