The room is absolutely silent at my confession. The only person that knew about this was Dante. Well, him and Elle of course. She is the one that kept it a secret though. Now, everybody knows. Everybody knows that my father is still alive. That I have allowed him to stay hidden all of this time.

Now I am going to have to find him. He is no longer safe away from me like before. Before, I thought as long as he stayed where he was then nobody would ever find out that he is my father. If nobody knew then he would be safe. Now that others know he is alive, the best way to keep him safe would be for him to come and stay with the pack. I cannot help but let my heart soar a bit at the thought of once again seeing him.

    Once all of the witches are finally far enough away, Elle rushes over to my father. Taking his head in her arms, a few tears begin forming. He is still struggling to breath but once her illusion lifts it is easy to see that he is doing much better than before. He no longer looks as if he is on his last limb. Not far from it, but there is still hope. "Where is she? Where is my mate?" He says brokenly. At this, Elle begins to sob in earnest. I never thought that she would seem this broken. She has always been the strict, no nonsense teacher and leader. She never shows undo emotions except for on rare occasions. When Ulfred was born she jumped right in with no thoughts of herself.     As soon as my father begins stirring, she rushes over to him again. At this point she has to be close to exhausted. She has had a major emotional roller coaster as well with everything that has happened but she does not seem to be letting that get to her.     For the next couple of days I am over the moon ecstatic about the news from the Witch Council. It is going to take me a long time to get over the feeling of not watching my back. The Council did not stay long after our confrontation about Elle's memories. As soon as Simonetta realized that we have done everything we could to live by the Goddess's will, she packed her stuff and cleared out. Safiya was definitely a little more hesitant to leave.     The very next month after Dante and I went to the den to ask for fertility, Julia and Kevin decide that they are ready to become mates as well. I have no doubts that the Moon Goddess will bestow a mate bond upon them after all of the trieals that they have had together.     Dante and I ended up staying up fairly late that night. Partially because we were hanging out with friends and thinking about our future as parents. It does not feel real that I have a baby growing in my stomach but it is nonetheless the truth. The other reason we stayed up later, that we did not mention to ourselves, was that we were waiting on word from Kevin and Julia. Still, no word. I am a little more leary for breakfast than I was for dinner last night. I always thought that morning sickness would be in the morning and would not completely make me sick unless I let it.     It did not take long at all for the Hybrid Council to arrive. They all file in looking a little shocked to see Simonetta there, unable to use her magic as she floats slightly in the air.     Simonetta rushes towards me using wind to guide her speed. It is not enough to throw me off guard though and I shove a wall of dirt up in front of me. She almost crashes into it before she is able to skid to a stop at the last second.     Each team splits up and gets ready to make their way through the obstacle course. They are all going to have to take turns trying to make it through safely. Each team has a designated amount of time before they get elminated. The one that makes it through the fastest and with the least amount of mistakes, will be the ones to win the competition. The course is very similar to the one that we did with the entire pack when we first started training. The one that really got the women moving faster as they fought to make good time through the course to beat the men. This one is just a little more geared towards children and not fully grown adults.Some of the obstacles are smaller to better accomodate their size, some things are closer together and they have even added some new obstacles that would have been difficult for the adults. I have never packed a diaper bag before but luckily Scarlett shows up to help me get them ready and squeal over the twins for a minute.     The first night with the babies was quite a bit of a learning curve. Whenever we put them in their bassinets they just started to cry nonstop until we picked them up again. It took a couple of hours to find out that if we put them into the same bassinet they were able to sleep peacefully and not wake us up.
