Little did we know that that night after we left with all of the papers, Elle ended up staying in the den for the night. We do not find out that she did not make it back to her house until the next morning but then after how busy of a day that we had I am not surprised that nobody was able to wake us to let us know. Especially with how my night went.

As soon as I laid in bed I found my eyelids drifting shut almost against my will. It reminded me of sinking into a deep pool. For a while you might let yourself sink before realizing that you need to start swimming to get out. Only this time, when I started to swim I found myself in dreams that I could not wake from.

I was standing on a precipice. There was a big yawning darkness stretching out as far as I could see in front and to the sides of me. Behind me I could see a small stone path that gets darker the farther away it gets. I cannot even see where the path came from only that it led me here, to this precipice. Unabl
