Hope everything is going fine?So I have to explain some things in the book to further clarify your reading.AGING OF GODDESSES
In the course of the book, I mentioned that goddesses are not immortal. However, they have a very long life span. Mere scrapes cannot cause much harm to them or end their lives. They heal faster than an average magical being which means they heal way faster than humans.Due to their lenghty life spans, time passes very differently in the realms. Where on earth, 365/366 days make a year, on these realms a year has 735 days in it. I know this may be too much of maths for a novel but taking the difference in time above, when a child of these realms is two years, in earth that child is more like four years old.
Goddesses also develop fast mentally. Hope you understand?
RUCKELS
An additional information on ruckeks is that they resurrect. A ruckel is born with two hearts. One is in the normal position the heart is and the other is in the innermost part of the chest region. Without directly piercing this one, a ruckel can heal from almost any injury. Scars may remain.Ruckels are very few in number since they were only created to serve the royal family. Ruckels are loyal and admirable warriors too.
Cal is a ruckel.Not all Kings have ruckels. King charles has none.Escalia is the one who determines the powers to bless new born children with. It goes through a system. When a child is being delivered, there is always a fairy in waiting.
It notes down the tribe and name of the child and takes it to Escalia who then decides to gift to bless the child with. She puts her pixie in a delicate glass bottle which the fairy takes back to the family. Once the pixie is sprinkled on the child, the supposed power decided by Escalia is passed into the child. However, she cannot decide the powers for her children. They inherit it from both parents.Only goddesses and the special ones can practice more than one magical ability.The initial method of passing down magical abilities was through inheritance. However, it was noticed that some species are not fertile which caused them and the powers they held to begin to go extinct. This was why the new method was introduced. Now all abilities can exist.
Earth is part of the three realms ruled by Escalia.

Forgot to add this in the information session TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN REALMSI'm strictly referring to the three realms ruled by Escalia. Of the three realms, earth is the easiest to transport to. Magical beings with teleportation abilities can easily go to earth which has no magical barrier. In some cases, a superior being can hold hands with inferior beings and transport to earth or any other place within the kingdom they reside. The three realms are ; Earth, Fae, and Alxae. Teleportation from Alxae to Fae and vice versa is impossible because of magic barriers placed for the protection of the realms. Hence, they have to travel by sea.Goddesses can teleport to any of the realms ruled by them. THE BALL ROOM was huge and filled to the brim. People of different classes and ranks were present. The walls were covered in red and gold drapes.
