CHAPTER HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX

Tyler's POV

I sat there for a while, just thinking and watching Liam walk away with his shoulders hunched. His face hadn’t glowered with anger, his voice hadn’t been harsh or scornful, it had been calm the whole time, and for some reason, it bothered me. It got me thinking when he didn’t react, I was used to him reacting. Even when I held his collar, he didn’t fight back or even push me away. When I shouted at him, he didn’t shout back. It was very strange of him, was he genuinely concerned?

I didn’t think about it and just decided to relax for a while. Most of what he had said wasn’t wrong, Lina would have still been alive if I hadn’t moved out of the way. She would have still been alive if I hadn’t deserted Roseline completely and turned my back on her. My Lina would have still been alive if I hadn’t been so forgetful if I had killed Roseline earlier.
