DAMIEN.

“What happened?” A voice sounds from behind us.

I turn around to see Fredja standing behind me, eyes wide as she takes in the scene.

“Oh shit,” she mutters.

“You can say that again,” I mutter. “Can you explain this?” I ask her as I move for her to walk in.

She moves past us and she gingerly approaches the scene before getting down to Pan. She places her index finger on his forehead and closes her eyes.

For a few minutes, she stays like that, completely still before her eyes slowly flutter open.

“Is he alive?” I ask worridly.

“Thankfully, yes.”

“Was it Willow again?”

“No. He is just an idiot,” she answers before turning to me. “You didn't announce to the pack that you have found your mare and that it is Natalie?”

“Uh, no. What does that have to do with this?” I wonder.
