"Free at last!

Either way, Candace was willing to learn the truth from Galileo's mouth.

"I know what I must do. Don't worry," Candace said with a frown.

In fact, if this man was Daisy's father, she was willing to pay him anything to help little Daisy.

With that in mind, she hung up the call and left. It was nighttime, and Candace was taken to a bar known throughout the city, Lucky Fortes.

She was dressed in a dull grey dress that fit her curves perfectly, yet her elegance was not lost on the vulgar. As she entered the bar, she could hear the obscene comments of the men around her, yet she decided to ignore them.

She had only one thing on her mind.

Soon she reached the bar and ordered a bottle of champagne. After two glasses, she smiled in a mischievous and adorable way at the same time and walked to room 43.

In front of the door Candace sighed deeply and opened the door... There were a couple of people looking at her with an uncomfortable expression. Apparently something strange had happened in the room prior to her arrival.

Candace looked up and saw the man on the couch above her. He was a man in a white suit with piercing eyes and an elegant bearing. Surrounding him were two women with cheap make-up and a striking face.

It was obvious that they were the hostesses of the place. However, when she turned her gaze slightly, behind the pillar of the sofa, she could see two more women kneeling on the floor.

Candace didn't understand exactly what was going on in the room, but, it definitely wasn't moral.

Clearing her throat with a slight cough, Candace lifted the champagne bottle and looked mischievously into Galileo's eyes.

"Mr. Castle... Will you drink with me?"

Candace ignored the people around her completely, and fixed her gaze on the man with the piercing, sinister expression. She had planned to get him drunk and extract information.

However, when Galileo saw that beautiful woman in the grey dress, his eyes lit up completely. She had a perfect silhouette and clear, smooth skin - she was a goddess!

It was the first time Galileo had seen such a beautiful woman. His excitement was uncontrollable!

But, after some hesitation, Galileo immediately realized that he had never asked for another girl... "You... what are you doing here?" without hesitation he asked her.

Candace heard the question and walked flirtatiously towards Galileo as she sat down next to him mischievously.

Her soft hands took the glass from the table and without taking her seductive gaze from Galileo, she poured him a glass of champagne.

Seeing that, Galileo quickly pushed the woman to his side and with his hand wanted to take the glass from Candace's hand. He was ready to share a drink with her.

He would hate himself if he turned down the opportunity to share a moment with such a beautiful woman.

However, before he took the drink, Galileo met the indifferent eyes that were in front of him, which made his body suddenly tremble.

Without hesitation, Galileo reluctantly pushed Candace's hand away and ignored her completely. "Mr. Ricauter, what do you think of this girl? Do you think she deserves the chance to pour her a glass of champagne?"

In fact, Galileo had been annoyed even before Candace entered the room. After all, he had gotten the best girls for Mr. Ricauter, but he simply loathed them.

At that time she was locked in the basement and nobody cared about her. Until one day that man discovered her and got her out of there. she owed him a lot!

However, after that, Ruby started dating the man to keep him away from her. In fact, Seth was Ruby's fiancé... Thinking about it, Candace decided to keep quiet about her story.

Seth was wearing a black suit, with a white shirt underneath and a navy blue tie. He had an indifferent expression as his body was resting relaxedly on the armchair in front of him.

With his neutral bearing and sinister look, no one was able to get close to him.

He looked so mature with age. He was completely different from how she could remember him. It was difficult even for Galileo to know Seth's true mood at the time.

However, next to Seth was a third man, standing in a shiny greyish suit.

"All right, I'll take it" Seth said after all this time.

Hearing that, Paul, his assistant, was really surprised. "What?" He couldn't believe that his boss would accept a drink from one of the hostesses.

The women on their knees were turned away by Seth as their resentful gazes fell on Candace. However, they dared not refute the scene.

On the other hand, Galileo's frightened expression suddenly changed. That night he would definitely get the contract.

"Go and show Mr. Ricauter what you can do. I will reward you for that" Galileo hinted towards Candace with a mischievous smile.

To him that woman was nothing more than a greedy tramp. Candace, however, was not in that mood. She was shocked to have found Seth in that room, but her purpose was Galileo.

"I'm sorry Mr. Ricauter, but, I'm here for Mr. Castle... I'll serve you next time" she said flirtatiously.

Hearing those words, Seth was fucking shocked. Had this woman really turned him down?

Anyone in the room would have done anything to serve Seth, but she turned him down instead. She deserved to die for it!

Everyone knew that Seth was the man most coveted by every woman in the city. What had just happened?

When Galileo heard Candace's words, the sweat from his freight began to break out. He didn't want to leave this beautiful woman, but on the other hand, if he accepted her, Seth would definitely kill him in the future.

However, despite what both men thought, Candace opened the bottle and poured some into Galileo's glass. She just looked at him with her sweet smile on her face.

But, for some reason, Galileo's expression turned furious. "Do as I say. Pour Mr. Ricauter a drink now!"

Candace gritted her teeth and grumbled inwardly. She retracted her movements, and rising from the couch approached Seth, and leaning over she poured champagne into his glass.

"Mr. Ricauter," she said softly as a slight sense of panic swept through her body.

Due to Galileo's pressure, she had no choice but to obey. However, when she was so close to Seth, he could only focus on the woman's full and tempting lips.

She had a harmonious and addictive scent on her body, which seemed a little familiar.

Without moving, Seth kept his gaze fixed on Candace. He seemed to want to look through her deep green eyes.

In that instant the atmosphere had become a little strange. After a long time he looked down at the glass and frowned.

"Disgusting" he said in a neutral tone.
