The camp of the undead was well hidden, it was no wonder that many people were unable to find thier base after many years

It wasn't a place anybody could accidentally stumble upon, no one would expect that within the desolate forest there was actually such a massive encampment, guarding the entrance were a hundred sturdy men, thier backs were ramrod straight and the expression on thier faces were grim, if anyone dares to trespass, then they wouldn't hesitate before butchering such person.

these men were even more dangerous than some of the Kingston's family experts and yet they were mere guards in the undead, if the guards were this terrifying, then how strong was Eight and the others.

Olivia controlled the urge to greet the guards, instead she took cue from Meek and Venom , thier faces remained expressionless, only Eight had a lazy smile on his face.

" Welcome boss Daera, vice commander Venom, Meek and Eight" The hundred guards chorused as they parted ways for the four.

They walked through the clearing, luckily, because of the mask no one could see her expression that she was inwardly terrified, inside the clearing was a large fort, Olivia wondered how long this fort had been built without anyone noticing it, it was the same height with the trees that surrounded it and it's green color was the perfect camouflage.

Around the fort, several youths were training vigorously, they were in different categories and they were dressed in different colors of clothing.

" The mercenary group is divided into ten categories, level one to ten and they are identified by thier color of clothes, those in level one are dressed in pink, those in the second level are dressed in orange, the ones in the lower categories are the ones in flashy colors" Eight explained quietly.

Since she had acknowledged Eight as her master, the relationship between the two of them had improved a bit, he no longer glared at her with hatred and instead provided her with information, the only person she couldn't approach was Venom.

All of a sudden, five youths came rushing towards them, they were dressed in bright pink robes, they were all in the first level.

" Boss Daera, spare us, we completed the mission and killed everyone but the family dog managed to escape"

Olivia twitched nervously, how the hell was she going to give them an answer, as she was stuck in her dilemma, Eight came to her rescue.

" Forget it" Eight snorted " since you let a dog escape then you won't get promoted to the next level"

" But superior.." the youths tried to argue while Venom shot them a glare, they hastily retreated.

" We'll go and train harder and next time we won't let even a single fly escape" the youths were devastated, they had thought they would be able to advance after completing this mission, how did they know that the family dog would end up escaping, now they were stuck with this pink uniform, in the mercenary camp, the pink color was the most hated color, only the lowest of the low were dressed in this color and they were the ones that did menial jobs, the youths gnashed thier teeth in misery.

" This is Boss Daera's quarters" Eight said as they got into a spacious room, the room was filled with countless treasures and Olivia was awestruck.

The first thing Eight did was to take out a bottle of expensive wine from the wine cabinet.

" Now that Boss Daera isn't here, then I can enjoy myself to the fullest" he was about to open the wine when Venom frowned at him.

" Put it back, with you being so foolish, it won't be long before everyone finds out that she's an imposter, everyone knows Daera would never let you have a sip of her wine"

Eight reluctantly let go of the wine bottle, his sole aim in getting close to the pampered heiress was to enjoy the benefits he couldn't enjoy when Daera was here, who knew that Venom would destroy all his hope.

" The first thing Daera does in the morning is to train but since the time has passed, the next thing to do is to accept missions for the group"

Olivia didn't understand how it was done until Eight showed her the laptop computer, although she undead was feared by everyone, they were also the most sought after mercenary group, many people required thier services and they could only book them online.

" Our base has always been a secret and that's why we've always done our business online, once we accept a mission, we'll always complete it no matter what, Boss D is in charge of accepting the missions so you naturally have to do it, if you don't understand anything, you can ask Venom" Eight said before scurrying off, leaving Olivia in a state of turmoil

As soon as Eight left, Meek also followed suit and Olivia controlled the urge to call out after them not to leave her here.

Olivia were shocked by the missions, these were all from families that she was familiar with, all of these missions were aimed at destroying thier opposing families.

Raven Smith : Exterminate the second master of the Hadley family, Reward: Two billion.

Attached to the file was a picture of Greg Hadley, the second master of the Hadley family.

Olivia gasped, Raven was someone she knew quite well, she, Raven and Greg Hadley had always met in social functions, she didn't expect that such Raven would actually have the intention of killing Greg .

Olivia was still contemplating on what to do, her delicate face was furrowed into a frown, she placed the arrow on the decline button when a cold voice rang behind her.

" Accept it!" Venom said.

Olivia was still reluctant, how could she be so cruel as to accept a mission to kill someone, her fingers went numb when a new mission popped up.

Greg Hadley: capture the eldest miss of the Kingston family and deliver her to my penthouse, Reward: thee hundred million

Attached to it was a picture of her and a list of her daily schedule.

While she was still feeling sympathy for him, he was trying to capture her, Olivia didn't hesitate before accepting the mission to exterminate Greg.

Olivia finally understood how dark the hearts of these socialites were, even if they died at the hands of the undead, they all deserved it, Olivia hastily declined the mission to capture her before Venom saw it, she didn't know Venom had already seen it and sent a message to Eight.

As she scrolled downwards, she discovered a lot of missions targeted at destroying the Kingston family and all of them had been declined one by one.

In a way, Daera had been protecting them all along but all of this was for the sake of getting her revenge personally, it was the same as fattening up a cow, just to kill it someday.

Olivia was in the middle of accepting the missions when five black robed elders announced thier arrival, Eight had explained to her that the elders were important figures in the camp and they were ten elders in total, they were the ones responsible for maintaining balance in the camp.

Olivia didn't know how Daera interacted with the elders and she continued to stare blankly.

" Boss Daera, we the elders have come to discuss something with you"

" Speak" Olivia hoped her voice didn't sound like a squeak, she glanced at Venom but his face remained expressionless.

" It's quite simple, we want to know why you've been letting off the Kingston family, the undead have always been impartial and we're not afraid of destroying any family, all you have to do is accept the mission to show that you're not being partial to the Kingston family"

Olivia froze in shock at the elder's words, what was she supposed to say, what would Daera say if she were here, would she show respect to the elders, the image of that cold and merciless face formed in her mind and Olivia smiled, Daera wouldn't show respect to anyone.

" Why should I? " Olivia said coldly

" or do you have a personal reason for wanting to attack the Kingston family, from what I know, the Kingston family's eldest miss is quite pretty, don't tell me you've all taken a liking to her, if people were to hear this then it would be a huge disgrace to you elders"

The elders faces turned a bright shade of red, they had come here with the aim of finding fault with Daera, who knew that she would immediately twist thier words and accuse them of seeking thier own personal interest, she was indirectly calling them old lechers.

" How could we take a liking to her, we don't even know what the eldest miss of the Kingston family looks like"the elders lied through thier teeth.

" If not, then why are you all here" Olivia said coldly, her gaze contained an hint of arrogance as if these elders were beneath her.

" we um..never mind, we'll come back some other time"

As soon as the elders left, Olivia let out a sigh of relief, Venom's face remained expressionless as he opened the drawer and took out a sachet of tablets.

" Take two of these everyday for two weeks, it will detoxify all the poison your brother has been feeding you with" there was a trace of unwillingness in Venom's tone as he handed her the medicine.

Olivia took one of the drugs and swallowed it with water, immediately she took it, it was as if something was changing in her body, she no longer felt as if she could faint any minute, Olivia's eyes were red rimmed but she knew she couldn't allow the tears to fall, how could her brother be so cruel.

" Oh no! I almost forgot, eldest miss, you have a ..a..a d..d.date tonight!"

The words date was like a foreign word to Erada

" A date, what does it mean to have a date" Erada said blankly

Viola was dumbfounded, how can she not know what a date is, just what kind of life had she been living.

" A date is when a guy and a guy go out with the intention of getting to know each other and it can sometimes lead to marriage"

Erada's eyes turned cold

" What makes you think I have the intention of marrying anyone"

" But.. you're imitating the eldest miss and I'm only acting according to your orders" Viola explained carefully " and it doesn't mean you have to actually marry the person"

" Who's the man I'm having a date with"

" Draco Steele, he is the CEO of Glam Jewelries, the biggest jewelry making industry in Green city and the eldest miss has a crush on him"

"but the eldest miss have always been afraid that she couldn't get him to like her because of her weakness, the eldest miss have always tried to suppress her feelings for him all these years, if you go on this date, you can't provoke him or else he could destroy the whole Kingston family in a fit of anger"

Viola was scared that Erada would take a liking to Draco and would want to live as the eldest miss forever so she quickly told her about the eldest miss's crush on Draco Steele, she knew how much the eldest miss wanted to get stronger, hoping that the man she liked would one day notice her, why did he have to notice her now, when an imposter was currently acting as the eldest miss.

Contrary to what Viola thought, Erada didn't have any intention of getting close to Draco Steele, what caught her attention was the fact that Viola mentioned, he was someone that could destroy the Kingston family in a fit of anger and such person was what she needed right now.

As Daera, she was never afraid of provoking anyone.

" Okay, help me prepare for the date"
