GETTING SWORN IN THE MOUNTAIN OF THE MOON PACK

2024-10-29 19:42:56The following morning, I woke up and got ready for the day. I was surprised at the knock on my front door. I was not expecting anyone this morning. Axel and his mate Cassidy came over to welcome me to the pack. It was good to see Axel after so long.
"How have you been?" Axel asked. "I would like to introduce you to my mate cassidy. She and I met when your parents and us first came over here to meet the pack. I knew she was my mate immediately. It was just like your parents told us that it would be. We intuitively know and so does our wolf that we belong together and there is nothing like the love that I feel for her and the fact that I would never let anything, or anyone harm her.""I am so happy for you Axel. I was extremely glad that your mom became part of our pack before the rogues showed up that night and fought with us." Cassidy said admiringly.I went to my room and got dressed in workout clothes so that I could join training today. It will be nice to get to know the people that I am going to be a part of a pack with. Once I changed my clothes I met up with Axel and Cassie in my living room. We left and headed towards a training grounds for a good workout. The first few people I ran into were Roman, Nico, and Leo. I knew I would enjoy today's training when these are the guys that I would be training with. Suddenly, I had this wonderful smell come to me from somewhere near the training grounds. The smell was a fresh cut cedar wood and orange blossoms. I could not believe that something could smell that wonderful. I looked around and could not figure out where that smell was coming from. We all got together and one of their top warriors was teaching training this morning. The longer I was there training that wonderful smell just kept getting stronger. I knew that Alpha Zack was supposed to show up for training and at some point but, I had not met him yet. Before we went to training Alex had explained that April and I and her family would be added to the pack after lunch. I will meet the alpha then. The smell got stronger and in the middle of training I looked up and saw this gorgeous man. He was taller than everyone else. He stood about 6 ft 5 with dark hair and deep brown eyes with gold specks in them. He was the most gorgeous man I had ever seen with my own two eyes. I leaned over to April and pointed him out and told her that I thought he was the most gorgeous man I had ever seen.As Alpha Zack came to the training grounds, he gets the lovely smell of Japanese cherry blossoms and a slight hint of vanilla. It was the most arousing aroma he had ever smelled. He knew there were new people on the pack lands, but he had not met this young lady yet and could not wait to get to know her. He will be meeting all the new recruits after lunch, and he will be able to find her when they do the ceremony later today. This was going to be a long training session knowing that my mate is near, and I do not know who she is and will not know until after lunch. After training I decided to go back to my house for a while. Until lunch time Alexis decided to shower and get ready for the rest of the day. She went out into the yard and started planting the herbs, plants, and flowers she had brought with her from home. This would make it easier to be there with a part of her mom with her since she missed her so much.Both Alpha Zack and Alexis were looking forward to lunch time because they both knew they were going to meet their faded mates. They still did not know that they were each other's mates, but lunch would be coming soon enough. Lunch would be held at the pack house so that the pack ceremony could be announced there. All the pack members would be in attendance, and everyone would know once Alpha Zack and Alexis get together and realize that they are fated mates. Before lunch time Alexis got together with April and her family. Since they were going to become new members of the Mountain of the Moon pack today, she wanted to stay with them. Once they reach the pack house they ran into Axle, Roman, Nico, and Leo. They all spent time together while they were waiting for lunch. Some of the other families and people that had already moved over here came to Alexis and April just to say hello and see how they have been doing. Once the ceremony was done it was like a godsend, it was nice to be able to mind link my best friend april. I went to my house so that I could get ready for the service I am going to do with my parents grave site to let them know how much they truly meant to me. I had already told Alpha Zack that I would be ready to go in about an hour to their graves. On my way home I ran into a girl named Angel. sShe seemed like a sweet woman and I thought it would be nice to get to know her and possibly become friends with her. I asked her, "would you like to go get coffee sometime and get to know each other? Right now, I'm in the middle of getting some things done so that I can go to my parents grave sites and pay respect. I decided to barbecue chicken, broccoli with cheese, cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, and buttermilk biscuits for dinner. I started by making up my dad's rib rub for the chicken and then made the buttermilk biscuits and rubbed butter over the top of them. I pealed the potatoes, and then put them on to boil. I went out in the backyard to start the grill and then went back inside and put the rub on the chicken. The rib rub that my dad made was good on any kind of meat. I just hope to be as good of a cook as my parents were. I went out and put the chicken on the grill, I like to cook it low and slow it makes it nice and crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside. I continue to get dinner ready because Luna Gloria would be here soon for dinner. I set the table very nicely for us and made sure I got some wine that would go with our dinner. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. the next morning and got ready for training. Training starts at 5:00 a.m. every morning and I ran into Angel on my way there. It was nice seeing a familiar face.
