ALEXIS GETTING TIME TO HERSELF BEFORE THE MOVE

2024-10-29 19:42:56Last night after the barbecue everyone left for the Mountain of the Moon pack. The only people that stayed behind with me was April, her mom, Emile, and her dad Raphael. I decided to take a little longer at home before taking off and moving. I really miss my parents and remember all the good times. My mom and I used to always garden together. I went out in the backyard and started gardening like my mom and I always used to do.
We always have herbs planted, fruits, vegetables, and flowers out front. I'm really going to miss spending this extra special time with my mom. When we were gardening is when my mom and I used to have our long conversations about things that happened every day and about the future. She even taught me what would happen when I found my faded mate when we were gardening. I have always looked forward to finding my faded mate. the way mom made it sound; nothing could ever compare to the love between two people who are faded mates. I still remember the way my mom and dad used to look into each other's eyes and the way they would steal time together away from everyone else. I spent as much time as possible as I could at home. After dinner I really wanted to go for a long run. I had already asked April to come with me. Her parents agreed and decided to come with us since it has been a while since we've all been able to go running together. April, Emile, and I decided to make dinner together tonight. Since everything that has happened, we have not had a nice quiet dinner for some time. I really wanted ribs for dinner so that was my part of cooking dinner and April and her mom made the rest of dinner. At least it taste to my dad's homemade rib rub will never be forgotten. I memorized that recipe years ago and I'm proud of the ribs I made. We all sat down for dinner and had a nice meal. It was like it used to be when my parents were still alive. My parents always believed that dinner was family time and I will always remember that for the future. When I have my own children, I will carry on the tradition of family always eating dinner together for family time. Dinner time is when everyone in the family gets together and we get to catch up on everything that has happened during the day. Everything that my parents did always had a reason behind them because they wanted to keep a close knit family and always keep open communication between us. After we were done eating, we cleaned up. It is finally time for us all to be able to take a nice long run, and we'll form. We all went outside so we could change into our Wolf forms. First, Shakira came out in her full beautiful white Glory and I stood there waiting for April's wolf, Willow. Willow is a beautiful Sandy brown color and stands a little smaller than me. April's mom's wolf, Giselle was a glorious golden blonde color just like her hair in human form. April's dad's wolf, Atticus, was a great gray wolf and stood taller than the rest of us. We started off to the North direction towards the woods. It felt so wondrous being able to run in form and feel the breeze through my hair. I've always loved the feeling of the wind blowing through my hair when I run as fast as I could through the woods. Once we were done with our run, we all went into the house and decided to have a wonderful evening together watching movies and finish getting ready to move to the Mountain of the Moon pack together tomorrow. I think if I have April and her family, I will be able to fight the world. They have become my family over the years since I have grown up with them in my life. Once we got back to the house I went to my room and decided to take a shower and get ready for movie night. After showering I got dressed in my pajamas and went downstairs to the kitchen. I made up two big bowls of popcorn and one of them I even made with caramel in it. The plan is for us to have a relaxing evening and then we will get ready tomorrow to leave for the pack. We have decided to leave after lunch tomorrow to move to the Mountain of the Moon pack. We decided on watching a movie named "Twilight." A movie about werewolves and vampires and how they interact with each other but, the truth is that it is fantasy and does not really work the way it does in the movie. April and I have always loved watching movies like these because they gave us things to dream about and hope for. tonight, the movie seem to last longer than usual because I was tired after the full day I had had. Once a movie was finished, I decided to turn in so I can wake up early and get things ready for our move tomorrow. I plan to take some of the plants and herbs that my mom and I had grown with us so I could plant them when I got to the mountain of the Moon pack. Once I woke up the next morning I showered and got dressed for the day. I went to the backyard and started getting plants ready to go with me. Once I got the plants and herbs ready to go, I took the boxes to the van that we were planning to take to the pack with us. All of us made sure our stuff was packed and ready to be put in the van so we could get on the road. We wanted to make sure we got there before dark and that's why we were leaving after lunch. We all piled into the van and got situated for the trip. Once we made it to the Mountain of the Moon pack, I requested to speak with Axel, Roman, Nico, and Leo. Once I showed up at the gates we were invited in and taken to our separate houses. April and her parents moved into a house together and I was shown to a nice little house in the back of most of the other houses. I had requested beforehand to live alone in a house out of the way. I chose to stay in my house for dinner instead of going to the pack house for dinner. I will go out to the pack house tomorrow and meet everyone.Related chapters

The following morning, I woke up and got ready for the day. I was surprised at the knock on my front door. I was not expecting anyone this morning. Before lunch time Alexis got together with April and her family. Since they were going to become new members of the Mountain of the Moon pack today, she wanted to stay with them. Once they reach the pack house they ran into Axle, Roman, Nico, and Leo. They all spent time together while they were waiting for lunch. Some of the other families and people that had already moved over here came to Alexis and April just to say hello and see how they have been doing. Being around the people Alexis grew up around made her feel less nervous. The only thing she's having problems with was that her wolf, Shakira, would not shut up in her head. Shakira would not shut up about the smell of fresh cut cedar and the orange blossoms because she says that whoever that it was had to be our mate. Once the ceremony was done it was like a godsend, it was nice to be able to mind link my best friend april. I went to my house so that I could get ready for the service I am going to do with my parents grave site to let them know how much they truly meant to me. I had already told Alpha Zack that I would be ready to go in about an hour to their graves. On my way home I ran into a girl named Angel. sShe seemed like a sweet woman and I thought it would be nice to get to know her and possibly become friends with her. I asked her, "would you like to go get coffee sometime and get to know each other? Right now, I'm in the middle of getting some things done so that I can go to my parents grave sites and pay respect. I decided to barbecue chicken, broccoli with cheese, cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, and buttermilk biscuits for dinner. I started by making up my dad's rib rub for the chicken and then made the buttermilk biscuits and rubbed butter over the top of them. I pealed the potatoes, and then put them on to boil. I went out in the backyard to start the grill and then went back inside and put the rub on the chicken. The rib rub that my dad made was good on any kind of meat. I just hope to be as good of a cook as my parents were. I went out and put the chicken on the grill, I like to cook it low and slow it makes it nice and crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside. I continue to get dinner ready because Luna Gloria would be here soon for dinner. I set the table very nicely for us and made sure I got some wine that would go with our dinner. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. the next morning and got ready for training. Training starts at 5:00 a.m. every morning and I ran into Angel on my way there. It was nice seeing a familiar face.
