Jackson was gone, and I was left with a tremendous feeling of emptiness.

I couldn't explain what was going on; I just had an extremely unsettling feeling about it, but I was strong enough to keep my sanity. So I set out to learn what I needed to learn. I knew Jackson's trip would be a long one, so I wasn't about to waste time.

"Don't overexert yourself," Enya said earnestly when she saw me so determined. "I understand what you want to do, but remember that you're just recovering from time exposed to moonstone, and you've barely had your powers unsealed. Take things slow, or it may backfire."

Her advice was not bad; however, I was at a certain point of desperation.
