“Where am I?” Waking up, the feeling was pretty much familiar. My body was aching as I felt extremely dehydrated. My throat felt lumpy and dry and my voice came out hoarse as if I had a long night of drinking. I tried propping myself up but the throbbing agony coming from my wound made things impossible.

“Hey, hey, calm down, kid. You don’t have get up, just lay there and let me patch up your wounds again.” Mr. Lykaios rushed my side. In contrast to his imposing tone in class, his voice was now gentle though the commanding aura was still present.

“My body hurts.” I groaned feeling the aching in every muscles of my body.

“I took you home because I couldn’t risk to take you to the hospital.”
