The party ended up being a nice gathering, and the people invited celebrated Romeo's new appointment as Supreme Alpha and Alpha of the Royal Pack. People didn't care about Paige or what happened to her. I was immersed in my bubble with my team. Sometime during the night, Romeo was forced to mingle and have several rounds of talks with the Alphas from other packs. After all, he was now a big deal, and people kept coming towards us to greet him or ask him for a further audience.
