Wake up

“I regret trusting you. You could not do your damn job right. Not only did you involve Amanda, but you also did not even hit them hard. They look so perfect and unharmed.” A voice said.

“There is a mistake here. They were bleeding before I put them in the van. That one over there bled the most.” Another voice said, pointing at Gabriel who was strapped to a chair.

Gabriel and Gordon were strapped to a chair in Marcus’s living room while Amanda was laid on the couch.

They were supposed to be rushed to the hospital but Marcus changed his mind, he feared that the police would figure out that he set up the accident in the first place and so, decided to take them home.

They remained unconscious for a while until Gordon opened his eyes slowly. He was confused, the last thing he remembered was asking Amanda to share his bed with him and he was yet to get a response before the blackout.

“Amanda? Gab?” Gordon said as he looked around the room, his vision, still hazy.
