“Thanks, Tess for taking me in. Even after all I did to you.” Gina said.

“It’s alright. You have to eat something and then take a hot bath. I’ll prepare it now.” Mrs. Jackson said as she left Gina in the living room and went to the kitchen.

Mr. Jackson strode to the living room and was shocked on seeing Gina lying on the couch.

“Darling, what’s she doing here?” Mr. Jackson said.

“Oh, uhhh… We will talk about this later, it’s an emergency. I have to fix breakfast.” Mrs. Jackson said hurriedly.

“Good morning.” Gina managed to say.

Mr. Jackson did not reply to her greetings and went straight to Minx’s room to check on her.

“Are you okay?” Mr. Jackson said.

“I don’t know what she’s doing here but she best is on her way. I can’t be under the same roof with her.”

“Don’t worry, I’ll fix this.” Mr. Jackson said.
