“How is Avery dead?” Wendy said looking surprised too.

“I felt her connection cut off from me, a connection that I thought I couldn't feel anymore” Jordan said sitting down as he felt like something left him completely.

“Are we sure she didn't go along with your powers?” Wendy said looking worried.

I don’t think so, i still feel my power surging through my veins” Jordan said with a low voice as he felt scared.

“Are you sure it isn't just your blood that moves with the power” Wendy said again.

“Enough of the speculation, lets just check if his power still works. Jordan, move the jug” Gabriel said looking scared too as he never wanted his son to suffer more than he had already suffered.

Jordan looked at Minx who gave him an encouraging smile and he turned to focus on the jug, he tried the first time but it didn't work maybe because he wasn't confident in his magic.
