“So, what can you do?” Seth said.

Wendy furrowed her brows as she watched West intently. She wondered what he wanted to tell Seth; he didn’t mention anything of that manner to her.

“It must be an ancient vampire. If you at study the cases of those people that lost themselves, it’s because they were turned by normal vampires, not the ancient ones.” West said.

“Okay… What exactly are you driving at?” Seth said.

“I mean that the only ancient vampire we know is Darin and we can have him do this for us.” West said.

“Now, I’m certain that you are delusional. How am I sure that this absurd plan is not yours? None of it even sounds believable. How can you bring a dead man, a man you killed yourself back to life to do this? If you have nothing else to say, please leave my quarters. I’d like to rest.” Seth said dismissively but West stood there, he didn’t move a muscle.
