Chapter 336

Zephyr’s rune was shining brightly from the new information he had just gotten. Zephyr sped forth with vigor, though his expression was one of serious concern. After undergoing a spiritual metamorphosis, Zephyr’s rune had felt nothing but a sharp, subtle pain since, as though something was trying to claw out of it.

Zephyr had felt this sensation before, it was at the beginning, though he paid it no mind as it disappeared quickly without a trace. That sudden pain almost felt like a hallucination. However, after achieving spirit creation and the bolstering of his spiritual energy, the painful sensation appeared once again.

“Damn it!” Zephyr cursed while grabbing his forehead. He expressed a deep frown. He had covered at least ten miles by then, though the pain did not go away. It continued all the while he traveled. As Zephyr was readying himself to go forth once more, a great wave of wicked energy came down upon him. It felt as though a great mountain of evil was trying to crush him.
