TAHIRA'S POV

After the argument I had with Aiden and his Goddamn family, I drowned myself in a pool of worry, trying to wash myself off in the hot bath prepared for me.

The fear in Aiden's eyes was evident that he saw something he shouldn't have seen that's why he's afraid to tell me.

But another thing piqued in me that he might be saying the truth and was just freaking out at my reaction.
