A new day was beginning, Caterina was listening to music in Rebeca's garden, her gaze remained

completely fixed on the canvas in front of her, she was trying to capture the flirtatious squirrel

enjoying in complete calm the nuts that were left for her, however, she felt completely scattered,

she had not managed to paint anything really fascinating since Enrique had run away with her

sister, since that moment she had remained in a horrendous artistic block that only managed to

frustrate her more, leaning back in the chair for a moment, the beautiful woman observed the

azure blue of the sky, a new failure, it was nothing new, watching the birds flying through the sky,

suddenly came to her mind the memories of Hades Visconti, that infamous arrogant who seemed

too libertine for her taste.

Looking again at the blank canvas, Caterina picked up her brush and began to draw without losing

detail, the music in the background managed to stimulate her almost dead talent, tracing lines

over and over again, she felt the wind caressing her exposed skin in that simple tank top, the

treetops swayed quietly, it was Saturday, she didn't have to go to school, Dante was still sleeping

peacefully inside the house, he had received his first paycheck after a long first week putting up

with the sensual tattoo man, actually it was the first time in months that he had a brief moment of

calm, no calls from the bank, no problems with accumulated debts, nothing at all, his beautiful

aquamarine eyes were still fixed on the canvas, his artist hands had not stopped since that

moment when those aggressive eyes of Hades invaded his mind, time seemed to stop, he had

inspiration, after so long, his muse had returned.

Looking again at that finished canvas, Caterina was amazed at what she had done, the sapphire

eyes, that frowning and intimidating expression, the unique beauty of his masculine face... she had

painted Hades Visconti without realizing it... that man had gotten too much into her head, and of

course, it was unexpected that her first painting after months, was precisely one of him.

It was something frankly unheard of, taking that canvas he thought of destroying it, but something

inside him did not allow him to do so.

“Well, it looks exactly like that man, no doubt he will be delighted to know that you have painted

it”.

Becca's voice had surprised her, trying to hide the painting from her best friend's sight, Caterina

felt embarrassed, she had caught her in the act.

“Oh God, No! Please don't go and tell her, I have no idea why the hell I painted this” said Caterina

taking the painting and putting it away next.

Although Visconti was the protagonist of her work, it was too good and the first in months, she

wouldn't throw it away even if she wanted to.

“Oh please, there's nothing wrong with you wanting that male to give you a passionate night, if I

could I would ride him without hesitation, but unfortunately, I'm not his type, you, on the other

hand, you are, I can't believe you're wasting the opportunity to eat that man” Becca said with a

sigh of resignation.

“Me? Her type? No way, all he does is annoy me and put me in too embarrassing situations and

then make fun of me, he may be very handsome, but he's a nasty guy” replied Caterina crossing

her arms.

Becca smiled to herself as she noticed the blush on her best friend's cheeks, Caterina seemed not

to notice, but all she talked about was Hades Visconti, it was as if life had come back to her, the

color that Henry had taken away was slowly coming back, It could be just to complain, but when

talking about Hades Caterina stopped thinking about her many problems and daily mortifications,

she hardly talked about her husband or her sister, not even about the accumulated debts, she

seemed to light up again like the sun she had always been.

“Hades Visconti may be a man too dangerous and rough, but I think he likes prudes like you, if I

were in your place, I would not hesitate to throw myself with him on a bed” said Rebecca with a

hint of mockery.

Caterina was silent for a moment and imagined herself in the same bed as that sensual man, the

colors came back to her cheeks and she felt completely embarrassed once again.

“You’re crazy, I will do no such thing, I hardly know him” Caterina replied with a frown.

“That’s precisely what makes it more interesting, you know nothing about him and he knows

nothing about you, casual, pleasurable sex with no strings attached, it's much better that than

wasting years of your life on an ungrateful guy like Enrique was, think about it, you'll agree with

me” Becca said sincerely and then left her friend alone in the middle of many thoughts.

The afternoon had just begun, Becca and her husband had taken their daughter and Dante out for

a walk, they had left her alone with the excuse that she needed to rest, however, she was not

sleepy, determined to organize her things, without wanting to she found that paper that Zeus

Visconti had given her where his private number was written down, taking that piece of paper

between her hands she meditated a little about it.

It was more than obvious that Hades and Zeus were brothers, their parents had chosen names too

extravagant for them, the God of the underworld and the God of heaven respectively, and, as if it

were a bad joke, the brothers seemed to be akin to their names, perhaps, it was not a bad idea to

go out for a while to remember old times when she did not have so many problems under her

belt.

As he dialed that number, the manly voice of his old friend and mentor answered the call.

“Hello? This is a private number. How did you get it?” Zeus asked with a hint of annoyance.

“Hi Zeus, this is Caterina, we met again the other day and you left me your number” the beautiful

woman answered quickly fearing that she would hang up the call and not answer again.

“It’s true, I'm really glad you called me, I've remembered you a lot these days” said Zeus with a

much friendlier tone.

“I wanted to know if you are now free for a coffee, I have some free time and I would like to catch

up, we haven't seen each other for a long time” said Caterina calmly and thinking about a friendly

outing.

“Of course, I will always be available for my favorite student” Zeus replied with less innocent

thoughts in mind.

She had put on a simple high neck dress that came just above her knees, accompanied by a light

sweater, the makeup had been light, too discreet and just to cover the dark circles that were

starting to show from her night job, that afternoon she didn't look like the sexy waitress that

Hades liked to tease, she had a casual outing with an old friend from her college days.

Arriving at the agreed coffee shop, she was surprised not to notice anyone in it, there were only a

couple of people, a waiter and the lady at the cash register, however, for the time it was, it was

extremely strange that there were no customers in the place.

“Hello Caterina, welcome, I was waiting for you” greeted Zeus with great enthusiasm.

Caterina smiled at him with kindness, she would enjoy a pleasant afternoon away from Hades,

whom she could not get out of her thoughts, something that was beginning to bother her.

“Hello Zeus, long time since the last time, it's a joy to see you after so long” said the beautiful

woman with sincerity.

Zeus observed the simple beauty of Caterina De Santis, very beautiful, fine and demure, a delicate

lady who from the first moment had stolen his heart that morning when he saw her enter the art

room of the university with her hair disheveled and natural, he had desired her like crazy for two

years ago, and had deliberately rented the entire cafeteria to enjoy that moment... without

interruptions.

The talk had been pleasant recalling a thousand moments spent on campus, Zeus was extremely

pleased about that... however, there was something else he desired... a little more intimate

contact.

The cup of coffee had spilled on the floor, Caterina felt her cheeks burning before that unexpected

event that was happening, on the table of that cafeteria, Zeus had surprised her, looking at her

passionately, without losing detail of her face, the penetrating look, very similar to Hades' and at

the same time, so different, had paralyzed her, both were staring at each other and she had no

idea what to do or say.

“I have waited a long time for this, I will not hurt you, I will not make you mine yet, however...I

want you to think about me, about this, I want you to think about how happy I can make you, that

man who left you did not deserve you Caterina, but I do deserve you, and I can put the world at

your feet if you just ask me” said Zeus looking at Caterina with intensity...with desire.

Coffee spilled on the floor, intense and intimidating looks...Caterina had Zeus in front of her,

however, it was Hades' eyes she was thinking about...again. The conflict between the brothers

would begin, unbeknownst to them, they were both interested in the same woman.
