Chapter 3

On Monday morning, Madison got up feeling a little sour, she took her bath, brushed her teeth and got dressed in a suitable office wear, complimenting it with a nice high heel.

 She took her documents and off she went to the office, she works with S & S but no one knows the relationship going on between CEO and the worker, at work they act as strangers but at home the are the best romantic pair ever known.

On the other hand, Aubrey was also getting ready, her dad's company was going down with some rumors, so to raise it up back, she had to hook up with the CEO of S&S, so that he might downgrade those rumors and on the other hand, she was squealing like a baby girl cause it was her dream to be the CEO's girlfriend, she even flaunted her opportunity in front of her friends. But little did she know that she couldn't even hold a candle near Madison.

Oh, what a black lash.

"Remember all you have to do, Aubrey, seduce him so you could be at the top, okay?" Her father warned her in which she nodded in affirmation.

She dressed up in the most revealing clothes she every got, her cleavages and her were all exposed to the men who ogled at her.

The office was brimming, and of course new members would be welcome with a meeting, The CEO would be present for like the third time in history. Aubrey smirked only if her sugar daddy was working with the company, she was a aspiring model only at the top because of her sugar daddy though her family was not not aware of her illicit act, they always thought their baby girl was pure and innocent.

The board meeting starting after a few minutes and Aubrey couldn't help but gape in wonder, The CEO was a sight to behold, his hair, eyes and jaw were just perfect, he was like an angel who descended from heaven.

She also gaped in shock when she saw Madison seated as a board member.

"What is she doing here?" Aubrey thought, but her thoughts were interrupted when the CEO, Leonard spoke up.

Scott smiled devilishly but quickly erase it so nobody would notice, but always Madison eyes were sharp that she noticed it straight, he actually came up with a secret plan to deal with Aubrey, since he was a mysterious CEO, nobody quite knows what he looks like, he never attended board meeting but always urged his best friend the vice CEO Leo to take the position as the CEO in the board meetings.

 So today when he walked in, everyone was shocked especially when he introduced himself as the head of the project team, his plan of dealing with Aubrey was going to be superb, as every one though that Leo was the CEO, all those people were fools to have thought that Leo was the CEO and among them was the strong-headed Aubrey.

Leo cleared his throat and stood up to address the members.

"Welcome everyone today, as you know we have a new member, please go on and introduce your self"

Aubrey was struck by his angelic voice, and she was on cloud nine, meanwhile Scott smirked, no one messes with his girlfriend and goes away with it Scot free.

Aubrey stood up with proudness

"My name is Aubrey George, and my father is Mr. George the CEO of technology cooperation" She flaunted out.

Scott already guessing this would have happened, he knew she would try to use her father name to brag that she was higher then them all, but what she failed to know was that with a snap of Scott fingers, her father company would come crumbling down.

Leo already knew his lines to play in Scott and Madison love life, he was kinda upset when Scott told him all about Aubrey, he was quite disgusted about Aubrey's personal life. 

So he decided to act according to Scott order.

His eyes turned red as they sparked with anger, he hit the table furiously and barked at Aubrey.

"Miss, this is my company you aren't allowed to use your father's name or whoever to bribe your name here, as long as you are here, you are all equal in everyone's eyes, do you understand that Miss. Aubrey".

Scott to decided to chip in "I agree with our CEO, this isn't your father's company, you better respect your self and know your place, Miss"

Everyone was quite shock as some stared at her disgustedly, she was always trying to use her father's name in everything she did but now she was shamed by the CEO himself and also the head if the project team, some of the ladies in the board meeting who thought she was proud stared casting her dirty glare.

Aubrey had never been so embarrassed in her life before, how dare the hear of the project team make fun of her,t though she could tolerate the CEO, but who was he the piece of junk.

 She would surely remember to tell her dad to eliminate him, who knows he might become a competition for her in this company, all the stares made her feel more uncomfortable, a tear fell down from her eyes without knowing.

Meanwhile, Madison couldn't help but giggle internally, though she warned Scott not to play any games but he was hard-headed still she enjoyed the endless drama as she watched the ill mannered Aubrey Hart become the rat who don't have a say.

After a few more presentations, the board meeting was closed, Aubrey rushed home without even thinking twice, she went to report about the incident to her father. She cried in his hands, of course she was the princess of the house.

"Dad, I was shamed by him, do you know how that felt?" Aubrey almost yelled. The tears urging to fall out.

"Dear, I already told you, I have no power outside the company, it is like a barrier you have to over come" Her dad patted her hair, comforting his little baby girl.

"Alright" She continued " Dad so you know that I saw Madison among the board members, I was really surprised" 

Though her dad, William was shocked, he knew she was working in a well known company, yet his eyes showed anger, he always wanted to see her in pain, just like how he loved seeing his sister, Madison's mother in pain, it always delighted him.

 He remained silent but still pated her hair like any loving father would do to his daughter.

However, the father Daughter duo soon ended when Flora, William's wife and Aubrey Step-Mother came in holding a tray, Aubrey shot her a hard glare, ever since her mother died and Flora came into their lives she hated her.

Flora sighed as she placed the tea cup on the glass table, her eyes flown to Madison, she took her years making sure they would love her like they loved her mother but she was dead wrong, she loved them dearly but they never for once tried to reciprocate her love back, instead they told lies on her and framed her for what she didn't do at all. So she decided to keep to her self and her only biological son, Russell.

Aubrey shot her a hard glare.

"Don't you see it is a father and daughter duo, get out"

William didn't even bother to for once glance at his wife, instead he shot her a glare " Get out" He barked. All the love for his wife has gone down the drain when his children told lies against her.

Without wanting any disgrace, she walked out carefully closing the door behind them.

The father daughter duo chatted for a long time while sipping out of the tea bit by bit, After talking of ways to seduce the CEO, she told him about the head of the project team who made fun of her also, her father promised to eliminate him away, but if only they had the wisdom they would have known they were toying with fire and they would soon get burnt.
