Chapter 2: Scott Smith

The next day was a Saturday, Maddison woke up late, after taking her shower she took great care of her hair by applying some of her best shampoo.

She drove off to a gift store and went to purchase some gifts for her maternal grandmother.

 The huge mansion of the Hart's  was decorated with endless flaws,it was decorated with every ounce of gold and silver, the house brought out a happy vibe but if one could see clearly it was just a family filled of corrupted thoughts.

"Sister, sister" A little boy of about twelve years jumped to her embrace, Maddison dark eyes sparkled as she hugged the boy tightly, if there was only one person she loved in this household it was the boy and her grandmother, aside from that, they were all scum bags in her eyes.

"Russel, how are you?" Maddison patted the boy head in which he giggled softly.

 Though she makes a visit to the mansion rarely she was only here on the behalf of her sick grandmother and Russel.

"Hello Madison, such a surprise to see you here" Her uncle, John said, mockery was evident in his tone, he was one of them who corrupted the house hold,and he worked with the underworld and he was among the few who wanted her dead because he wanted her mother's property.

It was a huge scandal that time when her mother got eloped with a stranger, her mother Nadia loved her father Gabriel so much that she didn't care if he was rich or not, she was warned by her family but she ignored them because love had blinded her so deeply she eloped with Gabriel to another country and they gave birth to Maddison.

Now when Maddison came back, they all thought she was here to beg for mercy so they could give her a bite, but on the other hand they failed to know who Gabriel, Madison father really was.

Back to the present.

Maddison boiled with anger but she kept that all to her her self. Though she knew all her uncle bad deeds it wouldn't be best to expose it now, it wasn't the right time for her to strike.

Ignoring her fatal uncle, she left him there as she went upstairs, millions of stares were on her, some stares were disgusting such as that of her cousins, Nolan's, Mike's and Aubrey's, Aubrey always wanted to show she was far more better than Madison by flaunting her richness whenever Maddison was around her eyes always said.

"look I am better than you in everything"

But Maddison eyes always told her.

"I have one thing you could never have even if you try"

Madison hated Mike and Aubrey from the very first day she saw them, she could already see through them more deeply than anyone else, on the other hand Nolan wasn't that bad, he never associated with the family at all, he was only at the mansion on rare basis such as today.

After talking with her grandmother, They chatted happily, giving her the gifts she hugged her grandmother goodbye, she hugged Russel and promised to be back.

"Goodbye, dear" Her grandmother, Milla, hugged her very much, she was already diagnosed with cancer and she had very limited time to live, she could as well enjoy that special time before she dies.

After all the problems she decided to spend the night in her boyfriend's house.

Her boyfriend, the CEO of S & S enterprises knew all her secrets, he promised to be with her to the end.

"Hi" she gave him a kiss on her forehead.

"Hello love, how have you been?" He smiled, as he took her too his embrace on the couch,  he might look childish whenever he was in front of Madison and his other friends but he was a cold and stoic CEO wherever he went, his love for Madison grew everyday, he loved her more than he loved himself, to him she was his priceless jewel which no body could ever buy.

After enquiring about what happened to her when she visited a birthday party, his blood boiled and he was very angry that day.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier, did that old man touch you anywhere?" He inquired, looking at her in a concerning way, he truly loved her, how could he let that old hag free?

He called for the downfall of that stupid man, what made him angry was that he tried to touch his priceless jewel with his disgusting hands.

Madison looked at him and found out he already knew what happened, though she knew he was always trailing her everywhere she went.

She pouted in which he found that cute.

"So you already found out?" 

"of course, that foolish man thinks he can get what he want, he will see the other side of me, no one dares touching my girl expect me" Scott let out a devilish laugh, his jealous side was already taking effect.

"Okay dear" Madison closed her eyes, enjoying being soaked in his warmth.

"So what happened at your grandparents  place?" Scott asked, diverting the previous topic.

"oh nothing quite big, though I am suspecting Aubrey, but I know all what she is up to, I could see it clearly In her eyes, so no need to worry" His girlfriend spoke with confidence, Maddison right from little could tell what somebody was thinking right from the start, her ability to think was far more higher than a normal person but still those traits she inherited it from her father.

"Alright dear, so can we go over your plan on more time?" Scott asked her, his tone was filled with love and warmth, one could clearly see how much he loved her very much.

Maddison never felt she would have ever fallen in love again, but it all started with office romance {story another day, Hehe.}

Madison sat up straight, she never joked with her revenge, for her she needed to carry it out soon but little did she know was that fate had another way of turning things around.

She started to explain all her plan and strategy in which her boyfriend listened attentively, he just couldn't wait for his daring villainess' revenge.

Meanwhile, the old man who tries to harass Madison the other day he almost felt like killing his self.

His manager called him that all their company has been sued under S & S enterprises, saying their goods were all fake, and all the banks were demanding their long time loan, he was sweaty as he thought about all those things.

His houses, car and the other things he had Were being sued, he was left with nothing to flaunt around.

When compared to companies, S & S were the most top ranking while his company could be compared as a side chick.

The same afternoon, it was reported all over the news that Mr. Cole was seen in his bedroom laying down lifeless, according to the news it was said that he poisoned himself committing suicide, some people felt pity for the CEO, he once had something, but now he had nothing, that was how the life of Mr. Cole flushed down the drain.

And anybody, who would make his girlfriend, Maddison feel uncomfortable or try to harass her would go through the same pain Mr. Cole felt In fact ten fold more worse than they had ever experienced.
