Chapter 62: Kidnap

Sebastian jogged down the museum stairs and got into the back seat of his car. He stared out the window as Marco started the car and drove away. She didn't come out to watch him leave this time.

"Looking for the pretty girl?" Marco asked. His head snapped away from the window.

"What?" His heart pounded furiously in his chest. Marco couldn't possibly know.

"Hiding things from me doesn't always work in your favour, Sebastian, you should know better."

"She's just a girl I met there and she just forced herself on me and I had no choice but to talk to her. It's nothing serious, nothing you have to worry about at all," he explained quickly, his hands gripping his bag so tight that he feared his fingernails would break.

"That's why you are so worked up," Marco glanced at him through the rearview mirror, "wait until your father hears about this."
