Prince Caspian

Caspian is seen in the last large garden space scolding a guard who was on his knees in front of him.

“So?  You really need to understand that here I answer to no one but myself and if you know you don’t want me to have my eyes on you then shut up.” Caspain retorted to one of his guards.

“Yes sir but I don’t mean to offend you. I am simply saying what is written there, please pardon me." The guard tried to explain but he was soon interrupted.

“But nothing. If you are sure you want your head where it is, don't question the things that I do.” He said and turned to leave, still leaving the guard in that position.

He walked slowly yet firmly back into his room and shut the door behind him.

He picked up a paper before him clearly showing its content and shredded it into so many pieces and then threw it away.

He hated it whenever someone tried to act like they were equal to him. To him he was equal to no one and he was always above and anyone who thought otherwise perhaps wanted to lose their heads.

He had certain anger issues and the slightest things got him really angry. He has been thinking about who his dad wanted to get him married to and it wasn’t like he actually cared about that but he was about it.

He wondered how dumb she would actually be and useless like he heard she was.

Caspian walks around his room with a cup of wine in his hands while a guard walks in to deliver a message.

“Your dad said you should meet him later as soon as you can in his room and you are not  rescheduling his meeting. He said if you don’t come soon he will come to you and you won’t seem to like the outcome. All your father’s words not mine Master” The guard said, all still under a bow.

He eww sure to include the last statement so he wouldn’t end up in trouble with him.

He knew quite well how he was and how

If he was looking directly at his face he could say he was trying to disrespect him and no one wanted to get on his bad side.

“ I won't tell him I have something to do. And he should stop disturbing me ” He said without setting his eyes on the guard.

He and his father  were hardly related with anything at all and his bugged turnups was when his father told him he would be getting married.

And he wasn’t surprised when his dad chose the prime minister’s youngest daughter to whom he had heard stories about how useless she was.

He knew the prime minister was  his dad's friend and they would have planned this together to make him miserable.

He knew what his dad was trying to point out saying he only deserved people who were useless just like him.

He didn’t really bother about the marriage and Varel argued with his father over the issue.

His father was expecting him to argue about it it yet he remained silent and decided to wasn’t going to reject her just yet.

Caspian and  his dad always got into arguments because they had  totally different opinions and Capsain would always try to make sure he was heard.

“You can’t reschedule this,that is exactly what he told me to make sure you don’t do. It isn’t  going to take too much time, perhaps you should just see him.” The guard said, trying to plead with Caspian.

If his dad found out he was planning to reject his request to see him it was going to get him infuriated and it would cause another issue.

The guard knew he went out of his way but if he went back to tell that he was definitely going to take his anger out on him.

“Are you talking to me?Trying to tell me what to do?I said I will not see him because how is that any of your business? Please remind me what I do to people who don’t know how to stay in their lane.

And tell dad he doesn’t need to tell me anything at all because I won’t listen to anything he says anyways.”

He asked in a very cold tone that his tone didn’t portray any emotions.

His face didn’t hold a single emotion and not even a smile was evident at the corner of his lips.

“I am so sorry for trespassing. I will go right away to tell him that. Is there anything else you would want me to tell him again? If there is not then I seek your excuse to leave ” The guard said and hurriedly turned to leave when he was called back.

“Any news about the woman I am supposed to get married to? Isn’t she meant to have arrived?” He asked, arching an eyebrow at the guard who immediately set his eyes off his glaze.

“Oh yes she will be here soon and I think that is what your dad wants to discuss. He got a call that she was on her way so he told me to call you over.” The guard explained hoarsely.

“Oh well,there is nothing he needs to tell me. He has done what he wanted to and I guess now he should be feeling so good about himself. I just hope she isn’t as dumb as I heard. Her looks are a little appeasing.” He said out and scoffed deeply.

“Yes I heard she was beautiful,she will be here soon and I will be sure to notify you when she does.” The guard  said and hurriedly turned to leave but just as his hands touched the door knob he was called back again.

“Tell dad I would come to see him whenever I have the time.” He said and nodded indicating the guard could leave.
