Chapter 6

Eli and Chet were still seated inside Sovereign Hall.

They lit a cigarette each and looked at each other with a smile.

"Even though that woman is tainted, you shouldn't mind it, Chet. Men will always place their careers first. You know what I mean," Eli said coolly.

"Don't worry, Dad. I understand. I can have as many women as I want. Once the Langs become a resource of the Kauffmans, we'll be able to become one of the top five influential families soon." Chet's eyes were filled with wild ambition.

"Good." Eli was happy about this.

Both his sons had done well. They knew how to make the best use of their advantages.

It was especially true when it came to women, where they each had their own ways. Eli's second son, Michael, had gotten Yvonne eating from the palm of his hand. Once Yvonne got a divorce, the Kaufmans would be able to get the Somners' resources.

"Selena Lang is a gorgeous woman, though. She has a great body too. She's actually a very fine woman," Eli suddenly said.
