Laura's POV

The ringing tone of my phone made me groan back to life. Half awake, and half-asleep. It was Larry —He's calling! Excitedly, I picked up without a second thought.

“Sissy!” Larry called excitedly.

“Larry.” I beamed happily.

“So, we're on holiday. And I was thinking...”

“Yeah! Come over, Larry! Come over!” I squealed with the thoughts of seeing him again. It's been several months, he must've been a big boy now. Gosh, I couldn't wait to see him.

“Really, Sis? You seem more excited than I am.” He giggled over the phone and I smiled tearily, remembering the anonymous caller's threat about taking Larry as well.

“Larry...” I called.

“Yes?” He responded.

“Make sure you'll be coming here straight, okay? Do not even converse with anyone until you get here. And be careful with the cab you board,” I cautioned like a mother would do to her son and he laughed.
