Florence’s POV

When a small, injured boy was carried into Nathan’s room, I didn’t know what to make of the situation. He shouldn’t be in here. But the Alpha is looking for the nurse who is helping me look after Nathan.

The boy runs over to Nathan’s bed and puts his hands on him. I know something unusual is happening. My son’s aura is strong even to the wolf less. Even unconscious, it is still strong. That’s the reason he only has a few select friends. But the boy is acting like it’s nothing.

When he tells me he is ‘different’, I then realized that he is one of the Doctor’s children? “Are you one of the children that was tricking me upstairs yesterday?”

He gave me a cheeky smile. A smile I haven’t seen in a long time. Nathan’s smile. But I have to see, I have to check. Is he of royal lineage? Could he be a relation? Can he help me save my son?
