~Tyson’s Point of View~

“It’s going to be Tyson,” Quinn announces.

I grin, and lock eyes with the only person who matters, the only person whose opinion I care about … my beautiful Livia.

Everyone gawks at me and I don’t know if I was supposed to say something or what. Damn, I should have thought that through.

“Thank you for the vote of confidence councilor. I greatly look forward to this opportunity,” I say, trying to sound sincere. Shit I don’t know how it sounds.

“What’s the meaning of this? Some kind of inside job,” Jasper snaps, getting to his feet.

My eyes dart back to Quinn for an answer, this is his problem to explain.

Quinn looks a bit flustered, and maybe he hadn’t planned to be questioned. As a councilor, no one ever questioned him, that I knew of … but this was different.

“No more inside than Leonard helping you? Telling you my favorite things,” Livia shouts, looking completely pissed off. My wolf practically rolls in my mind with amusement.
