I'm in my bedroom in the Crescent moon pack I'm on my bed just staring at the ceiling I miss my mother. I still can't believe she killed herself yesterday. Suddenly my bedroom door flies open I sit up and see my father step in he has a bottle of amber liquid in his hand almost empty. I look up at him his eyes pitch black which indicates his wolf is at the surface, his face red from anger. Before I can even say a word he throws the bottle against the bedroom wall beside my bed and I jump up. Scared of him I have never seen him like this before. I go to get to the window to get away from him but he lunges at me grabbing me by the throat and he squeezes. He lifts me up so I am eye level with him. He doesn't stop squeezing my throat.

I choke and gag feeling the oxygen leave my lungs. Tears brim my eyes and my lungs burn. I grab his wrists trying to pry them of my throat but he squeezes harder. He throws me across the room my back hitting the wall and I fall to the ground my face hits the floor where the broken bottle lays. The glass slices through my face and hands. Blood drips down onto the floor. I try to stand up hut my father is faster he picks me up and throws me again my head bounces of the wall and I land on the floor again. I try to speak but no words come out.

I try to get up again only for him to kick on my ribs. I can feel them break and bruise my skin. My broken ribs punctures my lunges and I cough up blood. He kicks me again in the stomach and all air leaves my body. I can't get up to badly injured. He kicks me again and again and I feel tears stream down my face tinged with blood. My vision becomes dark and my hearing fades. My heart beats erratically in my chest and I feel another kick to my face and darkness takes me. Making me fall unconscious.

I feel hands on my shoulder shaking me and I let out a deafening scream. I hear someone call my name and I open my eyes to see Casey staring at me with wide concerned eyes.

" Fuck Cass wake up!" she yells at me.I blink my eyes trying to remember where I am. I look around to see I'm in a car, there's alot of trees surrounding me. It was another nightmare.

I look at Casey and I try to calm my racing heart and I take deep breaths. Welcoming the oxygen that fills my lungs. Tears stains my face and I sigh.

" I'm okay I just had a nightmare." I tell her shaking my head. It felt so real this time.

" Which nightmare was it?" Casey asks looking me in my eyes so as I won't lie to her.

" The night my father beat me the first time." I whisper to her and she grabs me pulling me into a hug.

"You're okay I got you Cass." she whispers in my ear and I hug her tighter.

Ever since I moved in with Casey she has been there when I had nightmares. She would always comfort me and hug me and tell me I'm safe. She never once judged me or told me to get over it. She just holds me and soothe me. I appreciated it but also felt guilty sometimes. It's not fair towards her to be stuck with a tribrid who is incapable of controlling her abilities and who suffers from anxiety attacks.

I pull away from the hug and look around again." Where are we?" I asked confused.

" We're just outside the pack borders gates. I was about to turn into the border when you screamed bloody murder. I got such a scare I drove my car into a tree. We have to wait here for my brother to come and fetch us he's on his way." Casey tells me and only then did I notice the big tree laying in the bonnet of the car. Guilt smashes into me and I turn to look at her.

" Don't even think about apologizing it's not your fault." she says with a stern look on her face. I stared at her this girl is really something instead I pulled her into a hug.

She pulls away and gestures to me to get out the car. I get out and stretch my legs my muscles feel tight from the way I was sleeping. I stretch and bones frank as I walk to the side of the road to where Casey stands. I hear a car near us and look up to see a black SUV approaching us. I instinctively take a step back wondering if it's from the army my father send. Casey grabs my hand pulling me next to her.

" Don't worry it's just my brother and his mate." she tells me and my shoulders relax a bit. I hold onto her hand as the car pulls over and the doors swing open.

Two gorgeous men walk towards us and I'm hit with the most intoxicating scents I have ever smelled. I look up to see they are staring at me.

Casey pulls me forward and introduces me. " Cass this is Reid Raines the Alpha of the pack and also my brother and this here is his Beta Kaden Stone and also his mate. Guys this here is Cassandra Wright she's my friend I was telling you about." she says gesturing to me.

I couldn't speak I just stood there with my mouth open. Alpha Reid approaches me and my breathing stopped such a natural thing to do and it just stops. He lifts his hand and I flinch away. It doesn't seem that he noticed because next thing I know his hand is on my chin closing my mouth. Yes I stood there drooling over these two gorgeous men.

" Close your mouth a fly might end up in there." He whispers and I gulped.

" Reid it seems we have another mate." Kade says walking towards me and I feel more and more oxygen leave my body.

The last thing I remember is hearing a voice say " It seems we do lucky us." and darkness took over my body.
