Chapter 15 Tell Me About White Lotus

”Tell me about this White Lotus you’re talking about.”

A sudden voice spoke up, and Claud Cheswick was taken aback. He followed the source of the voice and saw that Lucas York was walking towards him.

Lucas had only been in this world for ten days, and he had never heard of White Lotus before. So, he felt like he needed to get a better understanding of what it was.

“Who are you?”

Claud looked at Lucas. The waves that emanated from Lucas’ body was not that of an ordinary Awakened One.

Before Lucas had a chance to speak, Mia Yard spoke up.

“Senior York, this is a senior from my college, Claud Cheswick. He’s the prodigy of Annan College,” Mia explained happily to Lucas.

“So what is White Lotus?” Lucas asked dryly.

When he heard that, Claud frowned slightly. Not only was he Annan College's prodigy, but he was also the young master of the Claud family – one of the two great martial arts families in Annan Base City. Yet, Lucas treated him as if he were nothing.

“Mia, who is this?”

“Senior Cheswick, he’s called…”

It was only then that Mia realized that she did not know Lucas’ name at all, and she looked to him for an answer.

“My name is Lucas York,” Lucas replied slowly.

“Lucas York, and why would Mia call you her senior?”

Claud regarded Lucas coldly. It was clear that the expression on his handsome face had darkened.

“That is none of your business. Just tell me about White Lotus,” Lucas replied dryly.

“Senior Cheswick, this senior is super powerful. He could fuse two zombies into one, and he can even command them to do as he pleases.

“Moreover, his Rank 1 zombie managed to turn four high-level Awakened Ones from White Lotus into zombies,” Mia said.

When Claud heard that, he laughed coldly. “Mia, did you get brainwashed by this twerp? He’s nothing but a puny, ordinary Awakened One.”

There was a huge disparity between an ordinary Awakened One and a high-level Awakened One. Once someone became a high-level Awakened One, they naturally would not pay too much mind to ordinary Awakened Ones.

“I’m telling the truth, Senior Cheswick.”

Mia quickly added, worried that Claud would not believe her.

Claud scoffed and gave Lucas a cold look.

“What did you do to Mia?!”

Lucas hid his smirk. Claud was just a high-level Awakened One, yet he dared to accuse Lucas this way. How ignorant of him.

“Senior Cheswick, please don’t speak to senior this way. Otherwise...”

Mia was afraid that Lucas would release Biggy and turn Claud into a zombie.

But Claud ignored her, insistent on going head-to-head with Lucas.

“Since you won’t answer me, don’t blame me for being rude!” Claud shouted coldly.

Just as he finished speaking, he charged towards Lucas!

“Biggy, give him a good show,” Lucas said calmly.

Roar!

Biggy appeared from the System Space, throwing a punch at Claud.

Claud’s eyes widened, dodging the blow hurriedly. But Biggy was too quick, he did not have a chance.

“Bam!”

Claud was sent flying into a wall, and he spluttered out a mouthful of blood.

However, he did not care about his injuries. He looked up in shock, looking at Biggy that towered before Lucas.

“1…Rank 1 zombie?”

Claud could not believe his eyes. Why was there a Rank 1 zombie in Copper City?

Lucas walked up to Claud slowly and gave him a steady gaze.

“Senior Cheswick has learned his lesson, please forgive him,” Mia spoke up hurriedly.

Lucas looked at Claud’s shell-shocked face, and said calmly,

“Now, can you tell me about White Lotus?”
