Chapter 16

Author's POV

"Sit here and do not dare to move. I will be right back. And if you move then you know what can I do" Nancy said looking at Elena and entering the washroom.

Elena pouted sadly and looked outside of the glass wall. Her eyes lit up with happiness when her eyes fell on a person who was talking with a man. It was no other than her prince.

"Prince" Elena shouted happily.

"Hey keep quiet," Someone said from behind.

Elena frowned when her prince did not look at her. She found him talking with the man only.

Elena stood up and ran outside. When she came out she saw her prince was going towards a car.

Elena shouted and started ruining but he got in his car and left there.

"Prince" Elena whispered sadly. Her eyes went watery.

A police van was passing from there when a lady officer saw her crying middle of the road.

"Stop the car," The lady officer said and the driver stopped the car.

"Are you okay miss? Why you are crying?" The lady officer asked her.

"Prince left me" Elena cried out.

"Prince! Must be her boyfriend or husband" The lady officer thought.

"Where did he go, miss? I will take you to him?" The lady officer asked her.

"In the car," Elena said and pointed her hand toward Ryan's car.

The lady officer nodded and spoke up, "Don't cry now. I will take you to him. Get in"

Elena nodded happily and got in.

"Follow the car," The lady officer said to the driver.

"Ma'am the car is Bugatti La Voiture Noire. One of the most expensive cars in the world. I think the person is a VIP person. It can make a problem if we follow the car and I can see two security cars are behind it. We will lose our jobs if we mess with him" The driver said and the lady officer looked at the car carefully.

"Are you sure, your prince is in this car?" The lady officer asked Elena.

"Yes. I saw him getting in the car" Elena said innocently.

"Maybe, her husband is the driver of the car," The lady's office thought.

"Follow the car. VIP or not, the person needs to answer why he left his wife middle of this road" The lady officer said.

The driver nodded and started the car.

Elena started shaking in the cold. The dress hardly reached her knees. Her long legs were bare.

"Can't they fight at home like a normal couple? And how can this fool leave his innocent wife like this?" The lady officer muttered to herself and took out a long jacket from her bag which she brought today for herself.

"Here take this," The lady officer said to him.

"I have no money," Elena said looking at her.

"Money!!??" The lady officer frowned then it hit her mind.

"How could be she so innocent? She seems pure like water and her husband... This man?? How could he leave her here alone? The lady officer muttered with anger.

"Dear, you don't need to pay for it. Wear it. You are shaking in cold" The lady officer said.

"But it is bad manners. We should pay before taking something" Elena said innocently.

The lady officer could not help but smile at her innocence.

"But I am giving you this with love. When someone gives you something with love you should accept otherwise the person will get hurt" The lady officer said.

"Hurt?" Elena whispered and the lady officer nodded.

"Then I will tell my prince to pay you," Elena said with happiness.

"Your prince is a fool," The lady officer said annoyed.

"No. He is good" Elena said immediately.

The lady officer rolled her eyes.

"He can leave her here alone but this girl can not even hear a bad word about him.

"You love him so much. Don't you?" The lady officer asked her.

"Yes. I love him so much. I love him more than Ella" Elena talked about the heroine who was cast in the Prince movie with Ryan.

Hearing this the lady officer's eyes went widened in shock.

"That bastard. He has a girlfriend too. How foolish he is? So, you left your wife here because of your girlfriend. Just let me catch you. I will teach you a lesson" The lady officer said to her.

Then the lady officer talked with Elena. The officer gets amused by her innocence. Her innocence is beyond her imagination.

Suddenly, the van stopped.

"What happened? Why did you stop the car?" The lady officer asked looking at the driver

"Ma'am, we have reached," The driver said.

The lady officer and Elena get down and see the Bugatti La Voiture Noire outside of the Star Hotel. But no one was inside the car.

"Ma'am, I think her husband is inside the hotel," The driver said.

"Let's go inside," The lady officer said and started walking towards the hotel.

When they were about to enter the hotel the security men blocked their way.

"The hotel is closed. You can not enter" The security head said to them.

"We did not come here to eat. This girl's husband is inside the hotel. He left her middle of the road. We just want to take her to him then we will go from here" The lady officer said to him.

"I can understand but I am sorry ma'am I can't let you get inside. Our owner ordered us strictly not to let anyone enter. But if you want you can wait here" The security head said.

The lady officer nodded.

"Okay. We will wait" The lady said when her phone started ringing.

The lady officer picked up the call.

"What? Okay, I am coming" The lady officer said and disconnected the call.

The officer looked at Elena and spoke up, "Dear, I need to go. Something important has come up. Can you wait here alone?"

Elena nodded her head.

"Please look after her," The officer said to the security head and left from there.

"Miss, you can sit here," The security head said and gave her his chair.

"Thank you," Elena said and sat down.

When someone called the security head from inside the hotel.

"Please wait here," The security head said and got inside the hotel.

Elena was looking at the flowers when a drunken man was passing by the road.

When he saw her sitting there alone he smirked evilly and went towards her.

"Hey beautiful, need some accompany?' The man asked.

Elena covered her nose when the alcohol smell hit her nose.

"You smell like a dirty animal," Elena said with disgust.

Hearing this the man got angry.

"You bitch" He cursed and holds her hair.

Elena screams in pain and kicks him between his legs as she sees Prince doing this with a drunken man in the movie who is harnessing a girl.

The man screams in pain and falls on the ground.

Elena ran towards the door and tried to enter but the door was locked from inside.

"You bitch, I will kill you" The man shouted and gets up.

Elena shouted for her prince and ran from there.

He ran after her when the electricity went off. Everywhere went dark and thunder started blooming loudly. Soon the rain started.

When the thunder got louder Elena sat down behind a dustbin and started crying in fear when a car came towards her.

She saw her prince was inside the car.

Elena stood up immediately and ran towards the car. She stood in front of the car and called him who was looking at his phone.

Before Elena called him again the car hit her. Elena screamed in pain and fell on the road. Her head hits with a stone.

She felt something dropping from her head. Soon her vision went dizzy. She felt someone touching her cheek. ..

With her all strength, she looked up and found her prince.

"Pr..prince" She muttered with happiness then darkness took over her.

The drunken man was watching everything from a little distance.

He cursed Ryan and left from there.
