After eating, Adelia requested to know more about the supernatural world and about lycans.

Amelia then decided that it was a good time to explain the concept of mates and how they worked.

Adelia wished she hadn’t as soon as Amelia started but she couldn’t bring herself to ask Amelia to stop.

A lot of things were now making sense to her as to why Adrian was behaving like that to her.

And at the same time, she was freaked out by the idea of instantly loving someone who you’ve never met all because of a bond.

She couldn’t deny the fact that Adrian was a very handsome man but she couldn’t fathom the fact that they were expecting her to spend the rest of her life with him when she barely knew him.

Just as she was thinking about him, she saw him walk into the room. His and her eyes met and she found herself getting lost in them.

Upon realizing what was happening, she quickly looked away.

“Amelia what happened?” Arthur asked as he walked up to her. “Nothing big, it has already been handl
