Chapter 34: The white fire

Amelia looked at the open space and then at the arrows that were on the ground. So this was still in place, she thought to herself.

“Show yourself!” she yelled and immediately, a large gate appeared and so did the city of protectors. She then turned to Cara and Lance, you can come in.

Lance was skeptical as he didn’t want those arrows touching his delicate skin but when he saw Cara walking ahed without anything happening to her, he proceeded to go in.

“Not you Lance,” Amelia said making him stop. “This place is forbidden to Lycans especially after the war.”

“We’ll be back,” Cara said and she crossed the gate.

“Don’t take too long or text me so I don’t get worried,” he said.

As soon as Amelia entered into the city, she was immediately hit with visions and they were very painful.

"Are you okay?" Cara asked when she noticed Amelia crouching down.

"Why did you actually bring me here?" Amelia asked as she moved further.
