“Wait Luke!” I heard Iza yell after me, but it was to late as rage flowed through my veins and I was soaked in fury. I gave completely into it and let my wolf take control – let it use and concentration my anger into pure power and I felt stronger than ever.
I ran down the stairs and smashed the front door into pieces on my way out. At the front step laid a tiny body in the arms of a young woman and I growled loudly at her, which made her flinch, but she refused to let go of the little girl. She pulled the child closer towards her and shielded her little body with her own.
Her body started to tremble at the sight of my wolf but still she held on to her child and growled at me as her canines emerged.
