I went home to get ready for the ball and more important to see my aunt Lucy. I had been too busy making sure that Kate was okay, not leaving her sight, that I forgot all about my aunt.
Me and Kate had left early to eat breakfast and talk before the trials, so I didn’t even say goodbye to her before I left.
She must have been worried sick seeing us the leave the arena, but now that I thought about it I didn’t remember seeing her there. But then again I were too busy not dying and completing the trials that she could have been there without me even noticing.
Lately I tended to forget my surroundings around the Supreme, like she was the only thing that mattered. Even though I had been taken care of Kate or at least trying to, my thoughts had been circling the Supreme. Kate thought I were both annoying as well as overreacting, not knowing how close she had been to dying. But I kept my promised to Alpha Lucian and avoided Kate&rsquo

Luke POVThe great hall was decorated with candle lights and white almost luminating flowers everywhere. A great buffet with lavish dinning adorned the hall and the round tables for dining wore decorated with beautiful center pieces.
