Alpha Lorenzo

I wait outside the door to the dungeon the cold stone walls closing in around me. My hear beats faster the rage just below the surface.

I need to do this. For Raelynn. For my pack. For all those who have been tormented by the life of valentine and his warped disciples.

The door squeaks and I enter the somewhat dark hallway. It is damp and musty in there, with the drip of water bouncing off the walls.

The guards nod their heads to me, with a very serious look on their faces. They know why I’m here. They know what I’m about to do.

Valentine's cell is all the way at the end of the dungeon, away from all the others. I would have wanted him alone, removed from the rest of his nasty little gang. The man deserves no comfort, no company. Not after everything he’s done.

I stand before his cell holding the cold iron bars. Valentine sits in there, perched on a little bench with his hands cuffed together in front of him.

The look of pride and arrogance is no longer there, but instea

The warmth of it kissed my skin, reminding me that this was no dream...this was my reality.A reality that only a few years ago, seemed like a world impossible to conceive, completely shattered into pieces that I would never be able to pick up. Yet here I am, so much stronger and smarter and more at peace than I have ever been in my life.As I lay in bed, listening to the soft rustling of the leaves outside and the distant chirping of birds welcoming the new day, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far I’ve come. The memories of my past, once sharp and painful, now seemed like faded shadows in the back of my mind. The pain of loss and betrayal, the paralyzing fear that I experienced during those days of darkness seemed like a dream…a nightmare that I had finally woken up from.My life had changed so much since those days. Raelynn Walking through the streets of Oakville, I could not help but feel nostalgic, and it brought tears to my eyes. I can not believe I made it here, studying in my dream course at my dream school. I sniffed the crisp autumn air, a knot of nervous excitement twisting in my stomach. As I walked down the street, I came to a stop in front of my father's favorite restaurant, La Belle Vie bistro and bar. I wiped a stray tear from my eye and took a deep breath to steel myself. I eagerly stepped into the restaurant.I pushed open the door, stepping into a cozy embrace of savory aromas and friendly conversation. The bell above the door chimed, signaling my arrival. Heads turned, and several pairs of surprised eyes met mine. Most students present were werewolves, their stares a mix of curiosity and apprehension. My ears flattened instinctively, but then a warm voice cut through the silence."Well, hello there! Welcome to La Belle Vie bistro and bar?" A young vampire server about my age a

RaelynnThe delicious look he gave me, almost sent me to my knees. Slowly I walked to him with nothing but anticipation in my mind. Standing before him, I still couldn’t believe I'd found my mate just 1 month after my 18th birthday. “Hi,” I said as I stared at him through my lashes. I opened my mouth to speak again but my lips were covered with his. The kiss was feather-like and soft, not like earlier in the store.I pulled away breathlessly gazing up at his blue eyes. They were growing darker as he stared at me. His lingering gaze made my toes curl with anticipation. My heart was beating rapidly in my chest, and my body was pressed flush against him. He groaned softly, his two hands on my ass, rubbing and kneading then like dough, I let out a moan, “Don’t stop…”He presses light kisses on my jaw, tracing them down to my neck, he grumbles on my skin which sends pleasant sensations to my core, “What’s your name mate?” Too far gone to think I muttered, “Rae…Raelynn.” “You, Raelynn, a

Raelynn With my head still spinning from the shock of the night before, I ran a weary hand through my hair.It still amazes me that last night, I almost slept with a stranger. With a sulky tone, my wolf Lynn interrupted, saying, "He is not a stranger, that is our mate." I rolled my eyes at her, "He is still a stranger, we do not even know his name.”I can not believe I acted like a dog in heat yesterday. That is so not like me; typically, I am the cool-headed kind. I never do anything rash; I suppose I can blame it on my wolf. Not wanting to be late for my first day of classes, I quickly changed into my favorite pair of skinny jeans and hoodie and got ready for school. As I walked from my dorm to class, the warm sun shone down on my face, relieving some of the mental turmoil I was experiencing.I stopped as soon as I stepped foot on school property; something about the entire arena made me feel nostalgic. I took a deep breath and made my way down Stonehart Academy's hallways to my lo

Alpha Lorenzo To say I was enraged would be an understatement of the storm brewing inside of me right now. When Conan called, I assumed it was a minor issue, not the full-fledged war I had come to witness here at my pack.I snarled as my wolf Max took over, and my clothes ripped, revealing my midnight black wolf.I let out a deafening roar as I charged headfirst into the battle.I relentlessly attacked any unlucky rogue who dared to challenge me, and I did not stop until I reached my beta, Conan.Together, we are a formidable force. We fought so well together that we earned the nickname "dynamic duo.” We had a reputation for being vicious and savage all over the world. Not without reason, I was dubbed the savage alpha.Tearing rogues apart is what I do for fun.We mercilessly ripped across the field, eliminating each rouge until there was only one straggler left. From his wolf size, I could tell that he was the rogues’ leader. Since he has been terrorizing the wolf packs in this distri

Alpha Lorenzo The door opened to reveal the last person I wanted to see at this point. I let out a frustrated groan, today was going to be a long day. I watched as she sauntered into the office swaying her hips seductively towards me. Two days ago this would definitely have worked but this just made me think about my mate, I wondered what she was doing currently. In an attempt to turn me on, Alexis swung her legs over mine and straddled me, her butt dangling precariously over my crotch. She ran a finger down my biceps. I have never felt more bored in my life. Her touch did absolutely nothing to me, my mind and body only responded to one woman and unfortunately, she’s not here. "Come on, Enzo, get rid of her; she is starting to irritate me," Max grumbled. Did I forget to mention that my wolf dislikes Alexis even more now than before? He despises her existence; if not for the blocker I use, he would have killed her during our intimate moments. The only reason I put up with her wa

RaelynnThe sudden feeling of panic hit like a wave, crashing over me and stealing my breath away. My heart pounded in my chest like a drum, and my hands trembled uncontrollably. I felt dizzy and disoriented as if the world was spinning around me. My mind raced, thoughts darting in all directions like frightened mice. I couldn't focus, couldn't think straight. All I could feel was a sense of overwhelming dread, a fear that something terrible was about to happen. I tried to calm myself down, take deep breaths, and slow my heart rate. But the panic was too strong, too consuming. It felt like I was trapped in a nightmare, unable to wake up. I closed my eyes and squeezed them shut, trying to block out the world around me. But the panic was inside me, growing stronger with every passing moment. I felt like I was going to lose control like I was going to fall apart. I was terrified, and I didn't know what to do. I slid to the floor, my back to the wall, eyes frantically scanning the p

Raelynn When I pushed the door, I noticed it hung slightly ajar, an anomaly considering my habit of double-checking the lock. I stepped into my room which was previously arranged and organized. Instead, the room resembled a battlefield. Clothes, ripped from drawers, lay scattered across the floor like fallen soldiers. Books were ripped from spines, their pages forming a confetti blizzard. Even my precious family photo, perched on its stand above my dresser that morning, lay face-down, the glass shattered around the frame. A strangled gasp escaped my lips. My gaze darted around the room, searching for any sign of an intruder. But the only presence besides mine was the eerie stillness, broken only by the mournful wail of the wind outside. A cold draft licked at my bare arms, sending goosebumps erupting on my skin. Panic bloomed in my chest, a suffocating tightness that made it hard to breathe. I noticed the picture frame of my family I hung on my dresser was lying broken on the

Alpha LorenzoWe step outside of the building and the heat from the fire engulfs us, and at that moment, I feel Raelynn's body drop from my arms. She's out of breath, out of energy, and I pick her up and carry her the remainder of the way.“Conan, take care of Valentine and his scientists, I shout over my shoulder as we make our way to the waiting SUVs. “Round them all up. No one gets away.”Conan nods, his expression grim. “You got it, Alpha. We’ll make sure they pay for what they’ve done.”I nod, my focus on Raelynn as I lay her gently in the back seat of one of the SUVs. She’s unconscious, her breathing shallow, and I feel a surge of panic. I can’t lose her. Not now.“Go! I shout to the driver, and the SUV speeds away from the burning building, the flames reflected in the rearview mirror. I cradle Raelynn in my arms, my heart beating hard against my chest.“We’re almost there, I whisper, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “Just hold on a little longer, love. You’re going to b

Alpha LorenzoSo I pound my fist on the aluminum door as hard as I can, and I keep pounding and the door starts to cave in. Every hit vibrates up my arm, but I bite down on my tongue and continue. Raelynn is on the other side. I can feel her presence through our bond, faint but unmistakable. My entire body is on fire from the exertion, beads of sweat drip from my face into my eyes, but I will not give up. I can’t. Not when I’m this close. The dent in the door is minor, almost unnoticeable, but it is there. So I put all of my strength, and my anger, and my hopelessness into one last punch and I hope that it is.Then, without warning, a rush of warmth washes over the door. I yank my hand back, startled. The metal is red hot and I have to back up so I don't get burnt.I stare in disbelief as fire dances around the border of the door and the metal contorts and melts like some unseen force is wrenching it asunder.“What the hell…” I mutter, my eyes wide. This isn’t just fire; it’s somethin

  • The Supreme Alpha’s Hybrid Mate    Chapter 201: The escape

RaelynnI’ ve been planning this for weeks. The smallest mistakes could cost me everything, so I’ve waited, watching, studying every guard’s routine. I’ve observed their movements, noted their shifts, even the way they carry themselves when they think no one is looking. One guard, in particular, caught my eye…small, unassuming, always on edge as if the very walls were closing in on him. I could see it in his eyes, the fear, the sweat above his brow whenever he was around me. And that made him my target.Well, this morning he was on walking post by my cell and I just knew it was time. He did not even realize how easily he was being played with. The shadows that had been my friends in darkness reached out to take his thoughts, pushing his focus away. A ripple of my fingers and the shadows told him of distant cares and his mind floated just enough for me to move.I moved silently, my fingers deft and quick, slipping into his pocket as he turned away. The cold metal of the key against my

The DSIR is an imposing fortress, heavily guarded, and getting in won’t be easy. But we have no choice. Raelynn is in there. I can feel it in my bones. “Alright,” I say, my voice steady but hard. “We

Alpha LorenzoIt's been a week since Alexis was incarcerated and I discovered the truth. A full week of searching and scouring every inch of our territory, and then some. The feeling of desperation claws at my insides, a gnawing ache that won’t go away no matter how many leads we chase, no matter how many faces I growl at in frustration.
