Chester after living off the money Fred gave him on liquor and women, the rest he gambled away.

He became broke again , like the said ' old habits die hard ' his feet found themselves once again in the casinos, forgetting what happened the last time he borrowed money to play .

Because of him , Chloe and her brother became homeless, one day after wasting himself with liquor he gambled his house . Rendering his children homeless after he lost the game.

This time around after selling off every valuable property in the apartment Liam got for him , he took the money to the casino and gambled them all away.

After losing all his money ,he tried playing again but he was denied access, he tried to take a loan but was told by the burnett lady on the counter that he was not granted loan

But she told him to go and plead with the owner of the casino Boss Theddy to lend him some money to play with , to refund him after winning.
