She breathed out instead , it felt as though she was being squeezed in a very small tight rubber tube that she even lost the energy to speak properly.

" Are you related in some way ?"

Chloe smiled awkwardly at the absurdity he was spurting.

" No , you've mistaken me for someone else Mr Stefani " Chloe replied, not wanting to sound offensive.

Mr Stefani's eyes narrowed at her as if to see if perhaps she was trying to hide something from him.

But her pleasant smiles made it difficult for him to ascertain anything from her facial expression.

" I.. nevermind. " He looked behind her and saw his wife signaling him to come over .

" Why don't you come inside? We are about to make a very important announcement," he said, pinching the skin between his brows , as if sensing a headache coming .

Chloe raised a brow at him " Announcement? "

" Yeah, I shouldn't be telling this now because it was supposed to be a general announcement. But considering you're an acquaintance of Mr Meyer… "
